I wish to express my deepest gratitude to the wonderful Alyda who has been my beauty therapist for quite a while now. I sincerely hope that the management appreciate her knowledge, diligence, and the most caring attitude towards her clients.
I've seen two other therapists at this salon, and their work was not quite on par. Don't get me wrong - they were lovely, and I enjoyed the treatments. However, Alyda's standard of care is way higher. She is more thorough, she doesn't rush, she always makes sure that my skin is ready for the procedure and reminds me of how essential the after-care is. She invests a lot of time and effort in her professional development and upskilling, so perhaps she could be asked to provide training and advice to her co-workers to ensure the highest quality of all services provided across the business?
Alyda is an absolute treasure, and had it not been for her, I would not have become a regular customer at Clear Skincare.

The prices are very reasonable as well. I've only had one express treatment but my skin already feels amazing.
I had Kate as my specialist and she was so lovely and made me feel really comfortable. Kate had so much knowledge and seems to be very genuine and wants to help you not just sell you unnecessary products like most places do.

My experience with clear skincare clinic has been nothing but amazing! A few weeks ago i got my face burnt after having a facial from a "beauty salon", i contacted clear skincare clinic and they immediately got me in the same day and ever since have literally saved my face after such a horrible experience, honestly i wouldn't go anywhere else!

Such amazing customer service. I was very hesitant about getting laser, but at consultation and at each session any questions I have are always answered. The team at Frankston are attentive and I will not go anywhere else.

I have just swapped to this clinic to have my laser hair removal. It is so much better than Laser clinics. Much more personal and comfortable than the other clinic.
