Clear Skincare Clinic Forest Hill

I have been attending clear skin clinic for quite some time now and i can not speak any highly of the customer service received and the products/treatments I've had. I have had peels, microdermabrasion, skin needling and use all there products recommended and the results have been amazing for my pigmentation and all round skin concerns. I have just started laser hair removal so yet to see results but I'm confident they will amazing. I do have to admit the place would not be the same without Jemma. Her character is so infectious and she brings a vibrant energy to the place and to add on to that she is so professional, knowledgeable about all the treatments and products and so passionate that it makes you want to go back and I know I wouldn't go back if she wasn't there because she is so easy going and they are extremely lucky to have her. All the girls provide nice customer service but I feel Jemma really oozes the excitement and passion for her Job and makes you feel comfortable and confident when you leave.

Nurse Eva is a magician! She’s so good at what she does and has a mountain of knowledge on injectables. I learnt more in my appointment with her than all the other times i had fillers done elsewhere. I absolutely love my results and will be going back to her in future.

Have been seeing Caitlin for a while at clear skincare and she is so genuine, knowledgeable and understanding. I have received the best care and results since coming here. Thank you Caitlin!

I had my first skin needling session with Jemma. She has explained everything so well, and did the procedure very patiently. She was friendly and professional. Highly recommend this clinic.

Was very satisfied with my first skin treatment at the clinic with Koey. Not only was she highly professional, but also very patient in explaining any skin concerns I had. She recommended some helpful skincare products that have been very effective for my skin needs. Looking forward to returning to her again soon!

I was recommended by a friend to visit clear skincare clinic to help with my skin issues. I went in really nervous, but it was such a nice experience, the staff there were extremely friendly, Koey was very helpful and gentle with the process and ensured that I knew what was happening every step of the way. She addressed my main concerns and it was an overall relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend going there if you have any skin concerns.

I was recommended by a friend to visit this clinic for treatment with lovely nurse Stephane a few weeks ago and was very pleased with the service she provided. Extremely professional and full of knowledge. I loved her honest, informative and gentle approach. I will definitely visit again as I felt so comfortable and reassured during the entire treatment. I have also been using some of the skincare products that was recommended and my skin has never felt and looked better.

Very bad experience, I would not recommend anyone to go there. Some of the therapists there are inexperience and unprofessional. Two of my appointments were cancelled due skeleton staffs. One was just within 30 minutes notice. My very last appointment was even worst, due to tiny hairs on my arms they would not do my laser hair removal. Others stores will simply shave for me then continue but not Forest Hill. They operate differently to other stores not offering the same treatments and services. There was no pre-warning whatever so ever prior to appointment that I must shave before my hair removal-very disappointed. I really want to like them due to some good reviews but definitely not their Forest Hill store.

I came in for a hydro facial and was very pleasantly surprised! I had amazing results after the facial, the staff were super inviting and friendly, Kim the specialist that did my treatment especially so. Would 100% recommend and come back!

I was very unhappy with my treatment at this clinic. I was unaware that two people would be working my treatment. I was assured on entering the clinic that one person would be completing the treatment and was told this throughout. I had my eyes covered and a new person entered the room and took over the treatment. I was not advised that this would happen. I was rang by the manager after emailing customer service with my concerns re risk of infection and lack of consultation/communication. The manager has not followed through with what she was going to do. I am very disappointed with my whole experience in relation to clear skincare forest hill.

Very organised people and helpful staff. I’ve been going to another laser place for years.
At the old place, each time I had to try so hard to get an appointment! And now, I’ve found my dream laser clinic that I can simply walk to from home!
This lovely clean/sparkling clinic, uses latest technology (I’m not an expert, I just guess)
The result on my hair removal treatment was great.
Also, their prices are really good, especially if you find a deal!

The nurse at Forest Hill (Talia) was amazing! I have never been happier with my botox in the 4 years I have been having it. She actually listened to what I wanted/liked and made me feel comfortable and i completely trusted her judgement. I will definitely be back and highly recommend her. Lovely girls in the clinic too!

Great experience with Tahlia who was very professional as well informative and also had a great sense of humour. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I will be going back in the future.

I had nurse Tahlia, she was so professional and knew that I was nervous - she went above and beyond to help ease my nerves. I also had a problem with facial asymmetry that she helped even out! Certainly addicted and very happy with results!
