Clear Skincare Clinic Doncaster

I was recently treated at Doncaster Clinic by Nurse Mollie. Her professional expertise, knowledge and confidence dispelled my apprehension. I am so overwhelmed with the amazing result of the treatment I received. I highly recommend Nurse Mollie!

Shantel was a fantastic practitioner who was very professional. I have a bit of low confidence with my skin since I was a teenager but Shantel made me feel really comfortable and gave me realistic expectations. I've been to other clinics and I really dislike aggressive sales tactics.

I've been to a few laser skin clinics in my time but Clear Skin I have had the best results! My therapist Chloe was not only so lovely and made me feel comfortable but was also very accomodating with the products I was after, as well as knew a lot on product knowledge. Thank you so much!

If you go here ask for Chloe! I've always found that getting your laser done can be a little bit awkward and nerve racking, but she makes the experience so comfortable and easy. She cares about what's best for you, not pushing treatments or pressuring you to buy products for the sake of it or for her benefit. Love that so much in a therapist!

I’ve been coming to CSC Doncaster since December 2019 and I’ve always had a great experience with Hunter and Rebecca. The clinic is very clean and always a pleasure to visit. I’m only half way through my laser treatments and am already seeing great results! I highly recommend coming here!

Great location and feels very professional, not like a typical shopping centre business. They are always running 5 or so minutes behind, but they are totally accommodating if you are also running late. Went in for a consult and got my treatment done on the spot once I was happy. Average pricing for their services. Nurse molly is fab. Easy to get an appointment.

Long read but PLEASE do, it might save you! Treatment: 10 min "express (rushed) " Microdermabrasion and LED light therapy were my treatments.
Rating would have been 0 (ZERO) given the option!
Avoid this place at all costs! Think A Current Affair horror stories where your face is burnt to a crisp!
I knew, I just knew that upon waiting in the reception area prior to treatment that I was going to leave very unsatisfied, and that I'd be LUCKY to leave in the same condition I arrived.
Silly me should have walked out based on my gut instinct!
Firstly, they have you sign off on every last document excusing themselves from any legal repercussions/responsibility BEFORE anything has been explained to you (what to expect, what to do/not to do, products you may be using that could affect the treatment negatively, how your skin reacts, what products they are using on your face, any allergies etc.). What you are told to sign off on is written in a way to protect them, that they have in fact explained and gone over everything with you (when they haven't).
They are clever like that, ensuring you have no leg to stand on when they damage your face/body and then question it.
I had a young asian girl who I could tell was trying to rush things through to meet her appointments and that's where the trouble begins, she was nervous (that's ok but not reassuring for facial treatments with machines), she was rushing, she didn't ask me ANYTHING about my skin (yes I'd just signed off on all of that stating that the technician had in fact explained everything important and asked questions about my skin prior to treatment).
The underarm laser hair removal wasn't the worst of it.
It was when I had the most pathetic express microdermabrasion, it wasn't even gliding over my skin with suction, as it's supposed to by removing any dead skin/cells, but my technician was more focused on telling me it was a quick 10min process that wouldn't really achieve wanted results as they only glide over your face once, (none of this is clear at time of booking or before laying down ready to be treated), and to achieve any real result you have to go over the face twice, but that is only done in their longer more expensive "full" micro service. Shame I didn't know beforehand hey:)
But the disaster came after they left me under the LED light for 10mins with no information as to the type of LED light used, the strength of it and what to be aware of.
Upon leaving, my face was red and irritated looking, nothing too out of the ordinary for me at first, because it clears up normally within an hour or two. Not this time, my face continued to get worse all afternoon, the circumference of my face had a red burnt circle around it where the light had hit, it was burning from within and I couldn't ease the feeling with cold packs. It was as if it was burning under the surface. Two days later it is still burnt/red, tight, tingling and irritable, with peeling like symptoms.
I am very much hoping the red face goes back to normal and this is not a long term result for me (stained red).
These places are a joke, THEY give the real beauty industry a bad name. It was all about selling their useless face products and booking future appointments.
Listen to your gut, they offer cheap & rushed services for a reason! Go to an actual Cosmetic Clinic with trained professionals and Doctors that perform a wide range of services (where I usually go).
If I get the urge again to treat myself to a little pampering whilst shopping at Westfield - I will remind myself of this. I haven't even called the place yet as I know the usual BS rubbish that will rattled off, and it won't be even close to taking any responsibility! Attended Doncaster clinic Saturday 5th Dec 2020.

I've been going to this clinic for around 4 years now. I'm very happy with the hair removal treatments I got through these years. Great service and professional equipment.

Had a bad experience. Don't get me wrong, service is great. However, I went in for acne treatments thinking it would improve but i guess not. Also, they will try their best to sell you different products everytime you visit saying that it will improve my acne condition. Clearly not! When i told them that my acne is not improving, they asked me to come for more acne treatment sessions and I'll have to pay again. I've spent over a thousand $$ on my face expecting it to improve but it only got worse. Don't recommened acne treatments!

Best results, Everyone at Doncaster is so nice. Cinz is a literal god and knows what shes doing. Best Skin therapist, isn't to rough and is so lovely

I've had lip fillers before at a few places but this was the best experience I've had so far. I had a lovely lady called Grace who made me feel so comfortable and made the whole experience bearable (little to no pain). She was quick and the results are amazing - I was very much so hesitant to get lip fillers again but Grace made the process of getting them so pleasant - I'm looking forward to going back in a few months to get more work done!

Not happy with their service at all. I booked full microdermabrasion with LED light treatment. With full microdermabrasion, I suppose to get the following per their website “1. ASSESS we start by expertly assessing your skin and your concerns 2. DOUBLE CLEANSE with our signature glycolic acid Gel Cleanser 3. EXFOLIATION with a double pass of our diamond tip technology 4. BOOST with active serum application customised to your skin & concerns 5. HYDRATE with intense moisturisation from our Moisture Plus cream 6. DETOXIFY + RESTORE with a lymphatic facial massage 7. CORRECT + PROTECT with our SPF Clear Skincare BB Cream ”. They did have a quick look at my skin and then try to sell me other products. With step 2, they only did a quick clean of my skin then started step 3. No moisturiser after. No facial massage. No SPF BB cream. I will never go back to Doncaster clinic again. Not recommended at all!

Had a fantastic experience at Clear Skincare recently, the lovely Grace made me feel instantly comfortable! She is extremely knowledgeable and was very kind, caring and accommodating throughout my appointment. I highly recommend Grace especially for lip fillers, I was so happy with results! The entire staff were very attentive, friendly and profesional.

Clear skincare Clinic provides quality service. Highly recommended. Staff like Cinzia are always there to help you achieve your goal.

Unprofessional and no idea on customer service! Have been waiting for over a month to resolve a refund issue. Never call back when they say they will. Area manager finally authorised a refund over a week ago yet store manager still stuffing me around with excuses!

Grace made my first experience with injectables one to remember. She was kind, knowledge and made me feel extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend her and I will be back to see her.
