I was looking for a good place for facials. Looking for nearly a year. At last I found this place. Ebony did my facial. It was absolutely amazing. Ebony is great. 100% satisfied.

My appointments with Annalise at Clearskin Chirnside park is always a lovely, relaxed and comfortable experience, she is very professional and always come back to see her

I’d just like to thank Nicole for helping my sister get rid of her acne, she has got so much more confidence now.
But I was very disappointed with one of your staff Bridgett when I went in.
She was very unprofessional the way she was talking about other staff and clients behind their back.
When I don’t really want to know their problems or about how bad it is working for you.
I’d hate to hear what she is saying behind my back.
I only saw her as Nicole wasn’t available, but I won’t be recommending any of my friends to go there anymore.

The girls at Clear Skin Clinic are AMAZING! They have worked absolute wonders on my skin and provided me with so much education and support to help maintain my glowing complexion!
I have tried so many different products in the past to treat perioral dermatitis and after one session with Nicole my skin looked a million time better!

I had a few causal sessions with Nicole at Clearskin and they were UH-MAZ-ING! My backne was a real problem but now when I take my shirt off at the pool people should be glad they are wearing shades because I’m GLOWING!

I can’t recommend Trinity more. She is so thorough and completely puts my mind at ease whether it be laser, facials etc. I am always so impressed with her knowledge and am so grateful for how much she has improved my skin and how within only a few laser sessions I have little to no hair. I have had a bad laser experience in the past with a different clinic and Trinity has completely changed my mindset, she is just great at her job!

Trinity is absolutely amazing at her job. She has cleared my acne up and we are currently working on clearing my pigment. Her knowledge about skin and products is so amazing! I’m so impressed with her doing my laser to I have no hair and my hair barley grew during lockdown 5/5 stars! Best clinic I have been to.

Had my first experience with laser hair removal today, unsure what to expect but Rhiannon explained everything perfectly, made me feel welcome and relaxed. Would defiantly reccomend and can't wait to continue the experience with the rest of my package!

DO NOT ATTEND THIS CLINIC! My sister attended here for a facial, and was advised to have a particular treatment.she had been prior and had brought treatments in advance paying hundreds of dollars. This treatment left her with scratches ALL OVER HER CHEEKS. When she called afterwards the team invited her to come back for a light therapy I believe, as they said this would help with scarring - SHE SHOULD NOT BE SCARRING IN THE FIRST PLACE. She went back, and they did not apologise - they only placed blame on “her skin type”. When she left she decided she didn’t want to go back and felt she was entitled to a refund for the treatments she had bought in advance. Surprise surprise, they are now not answering or returning her calls (head office and store), and nobody will respond to her numerous emails. She has lost hundreds of dollars to this company. For the sake of your face, go somewhere who cares about you and not your money.
