I noticed the store is currently renovating and looks like it's going to be replaced by another store. Just want to confirm if you are going to reopen it after lockdown? I've saved credit in your store before the lockdown.

I always have an amazing experience at this clinic, every person who has done my laser has been very helpful and has answered any questions or concerns I may have. Booking system is super easy and reliable as well!

Mollie has been so amazing to deal with. She is extremely diligent, thorough and understanding and made me feel so comfortable throughout each treatment. I couldnt recommend her services more!

If you’re looking for a cosmetic nurse I highly recommend Mollie. Mollie is very professional and always ready to listen when consulting. She gives genuine and knowledgeable advice each time I see her and I always leave super happy with the results - would not trust anybody else!

I would NEVER come back here honestly.

The LED light treatment (which I paid approximately $70 including a mask for during the treatment) did NOTHING for my skin and I wasted my hard earned MONEY as a result.

I had to spend my money at a more reputable clinic to as consequence of this frustrating result.

They were constantly trying to obviously up-sell - despite the fact I had mentioned I was already using reputable skincare products prescribed by my dermatologist.

Do not waste your money here.

The first peel I had I thought was not strong enough as I had no results. I was optimistic and booked some more but again, second peel and no difference in my skin whatsoever. If anything I had more breakouts. My at home peel is stronger. I bought a package so have to more to get. I hope they can increase the strength or else a total waste of money.

I’m a regular customer here, and highly recommended this place. However, I’m very disappointed to hear about how the staff treated the person I recommended this clinic to. Upon walking in and asking about treatments and solutions to problems, the staff were unhelpful, rude and seemingly uninformed about the industry. That is no way to treat someone (in front of a full reception too), even if they qualify for treatments or not. She felt humiliated. Very disappointed as the staff have been nothing but great with me.

Horrific clinic. Staff lied to me about Dr Ellis. Said he moved interstate. Very rude and condescending staff. Bad skincare products too. Face came out in a rash. They said it wasn't their product. Did a treatment and I got more pigmentation than before. Said it wasn't their fault. I went to a dermatologist who said it was their machinery that caused this. Very unprofessional young women who aren't qualified to give skincare advice.

Marianne the Cometic Injecting Nurse at the salon is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond for the client and her service extends beyond your treatment at the salon, she is always making sure you feel confident and comfortable with the procedure and is truest honest with what she thinks you may or may not need. A true joy to deal with, would never turn to anyone else for my anti-ageing and fillers!

Received the cosmelan treatment with no follow up mask or appointment which is all meant to be part of the service. I personally know solomon that has done training there and the owners are all about cutting corners and saving money. DO NOT USE THEM!

I love receiving skin treatments at Clearskin Southland or South Yarra. However I will be giving this clinic a wide berth. This staff are toffee nosed b******, who lack authenticity sincerity, maturity and professionalism. I walked out during my initial consult after the staff member was late 15 minutes and had attitude.

Clearskincare Brighton does not service brown skin customers for laser hair removal. They only have laser hair removal machines for light skin clients.

After experiencing the worst customer service I've see in a long time at Clearskincare Brighton, I'd like to share my experience so that the Brighton branch specifically and this company hopefully learns from what's occurred and tries to improve and so that other people don't have to go through this.

I made an appointment over the phone this morning at Clearskincare Brighton to get face laser hair removal.

They just asked me whether I have had laser previously (I hadn't) and then asked me to come in for the treatment.

When I arrived the ladies at the counter seemed flustered when I told them I was here for my appointment and then one of them said "sure come through", me assuming this meant "sure come through for your laser treatment".

She then proceeded to tell me that she brought me into the room as there were a few people in the waiting rom (me confused at this point).

Then she proceeded to advise that the Brighton branch did not have a laser hair removal machine for people with dark/ brown skin.

She asked me if I would like to go to a branch in Southland which did have a machine which can be used for brown skin.

I then drove to Clearskincare Southland for that appointment, where once again I was turned away, because I had waxed my face two weeks ago and would have to wait another two weeks to get it lasered. Another fact that could have been communicated to me earlier.

Clearskincare Brighton completely wasted hours of my day off by not asking me what skin tone I was over the phone when I called to make the appointment, or perhaps making an assumption based on my voice what my skin tone was? And not letting me know that it had to be 4 weeks since my last wax, knowing this was my first time.

Lucky for you, this time, your customer did not take it personally that their local skin clinic didn't equip themselves to service people with brown skin, as, like a large percentage of Australians, I feel blessed to be brown. But it could have been someone leaving your clinic feeling embarrassed and excluded because of your lack of communication.

Value your customers time by improving your communication and maybe get with the times and buy a YAG machine so you can service the many brown skinned locals living and working in Brighton.

Very warm and friendly staff with excellent knowledge of products and procedures. Very happy with my results and will certainly be back! Stacey did an amazing job!
