Fine print us rubbish, told no longer in contract and can cancel service, then told I have to give 30days written notice.

Bunch of spuds that have no clue what they are doing.willing to take your money but not send anyone out to trouble shoot any problems.asking my staff to get on the roof to trouble shoot.what a joke.will be canceling the service.

REQUEST THEM TO PRICE MATCH
We have been paying a hefty $200 per month for a few years to Clear Networks. A service glitch at their end for over a month and only a offer of a weeks compensation, prompted us to review better options out there. It is hard for Satellite as there are so many shocking reviews and you don't know who to go with. Decided Harbour Isp looked better value and we required to run businesses when we needed internet, so we needed the most reliable and was prepared to pay. Went to cancel Clear Networks account and was told that they could reduce fee down to $120 a month- instead of the $200- with no changes to service or G usage. Goes to show how much they are making. Speak to accounts and REQUEST A PRICE MATCH with another service provider and see how you go.

I ended up with Clear Networks because my connection with the previous provider was nothing but trouble. After signing up with Clear Networks Satellite service all these problems have disappeared. Just a steady connection without the dropouts and without the endless waiting on the phone for technical support. I can only say good things about them. Five stars.

Jessi Healey provided epic levels of customer service when I signed up. I couldn't have been happier with her efforts. She is an extremely good communicator and works incredibly efficiently.

However, the company itself is pathetic. Because I still don't have internet access almost a week later. I can't connect, and the issue is taking far too long to be resolved.

They are the worst internet provider in the history of internet providers. If they want me to change this back to a 5 star review, they'd better connect my internet pronto. In the next 24 hours.

Four months into a Skymuster 12 month contract with 50% discount for six months and I am finding Clear to be an excellent service provider. Great deal. Easy contact and follow up with their help and chat lines. I highly recommend for anyone starting up on Skymuster NBN

Brilliant service from Eddie and his team. Had our internet connected in time for our move when everyone else said we would have to wait for months. 18 months later very happy with internet and just had them install our new phone system. Eddie delivered and installed personally.
Very happy with service and product!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Internet repetitively dropped out over and over again. Couldn't get through to Clear Networks, terrible customer service! My business was left with no internet for large periods of time so we were unable to operate. Ended up switching to Optus and haven't had a hitch. Took Clear Networks to ombudsman and they are still demanding we pay out our contract of an exorbitant amount of which they have not fulfilled their side of the contract at all and we only used them for a couple of nightmarish months. Would give them negative stars if i could. Have never had such a terrible experience with a company in my entire life.

Needed to use satellite because in a regional area, great prices and customer service a couple of minor starting problems were fixed quickly.

Timely installation, good customer support and the satellite nbn works great. We are out of town and used to be only able to do basic things with our mobile internet. We can actually watch movies uninterrupted now! And it is the best value plan for peak data I could find.

Absolutely pathetic and rubbish service. Took to Ombudsman for slower speed. ISP meant to disconnect the service by 31st May and Guess what.disconnected the service today with no notice and breach of TIO complaint. Completely hopeless and no have no clue as always. Not even worth 1 star.

I have been a customer for 2 months now and have nothing but great things to say. Friendly and helpful. When i first signed i had difficulties with my router. Tech support was amazing. He talked me through step by step until we resolved the problem. Thanks Clear Networks

Worst internet provider i have ever experienced, Their services are 3rd rate and offer super inconsistent connectivity. I have called to cancel service three times now.and am still being billed, support staff are both non committal and un helpful.

Service was installed about a week and a half after ordering and that included having a new location ID created with NBN. Haven't had any issues so far and all the staff I've dealt with have been helpful and professional. I didn't get ghosted by the technician, which is always a concern, so that was good too.

Great customer service and support. I’m new to satellite internet and getting it all set up was a breeze with the clear network support team. Internet is good and doesn’t drop out. Would recommend.

I contacted Clear Network to set up my call centre with around 3 weeks notice. Eddie gave me his word that the infrastructure, hardware and software would be ready within the 3 week deadline I had. Not only did he hand deliver the phones to my office that same week, but the remote set up was much appreciated as I had clients and people running around the office. Clear Network’s professional adjustments made my launch smooth, with on going assistance in technical support, I could not of asked for a more solid telco company to support me.
