3Very friendly and knowledgeable. I sent pictures and was told there was no need for an inspection and that my old underlay was perfectly safe! No charge. And what a relief.
Highly recommend this company. They were quick to respond and very honest. Andy came to my place on the same day and spent a significant amount of time to take samples and concluded there was no asbestos. He even declined my request to pay him for his time.

Excellent and honest workmen.
I asked them for a second opinion on some materials another contractor told me was "High Risk" of asbestos, the team were able to quickly identify that they were not asbestos and even showed me where the manufacture date was on the cement sheets that proved they were safe.
