Only satisfied with one of the girls there who does eyebrows well, but the rest of them are useless.

I have been a loyal customer for years. Not anymore. Went there for eyebrow threading and they did one eyebrow thinner than the other. Brought it to their attention and they basically told me to just wait until it grows back- no apology or compensation. Useless. What is your onboarding process? Are these women even certified?

Pathetic service. Waited for 1.5 hours and didn’t get served. Staff is very unprofessional. They should learn time management and respect customer’s time and not do their household stuff during their business hours. And don’t go around smoking cigarettes at the back when people are waiting inside.

I went for a haircut there today Tuesday around 12 -1 pm, 4 or 5 barbers (assume) sitting in customer couch using their phones and I asked them can I get a haircut. They replied “no “and said all of them are on lunch break. I said I can wait, they replied it will be another 1hr- 1.5hours waiting lol. I walked out of the shop laughing I find it so funny that none of the barbers want to work and they enjoy their lunch break sitting and do nothing. Good luck to the business owners

Please don’t go to this Salon … just wastage of time & even workers have no talking sense as well … Find another one good

Very bad experience. Definately standard is going downhill. Have been going there for long and never experienced such bad service and rude behaviour. Never going again. Lady doing eyebrow was not listening to instructions instead was rude and constantly saying things against customer choice. Ruined my eyebrows. In the end instead of apology she was showing attitude. Owner needs to give some basic education of customer service while hiring staff!

What kind of service these people provide, I’m waiting for my turn from half and hour and they didn’t attend me. If you guys don’t know how to serve your customers please close the shop.

Worse place ever! Don’t go to Clayton salon. I did a Keratin hair treatment. I always get them done else where so I knew what to expect. The girl had no idea what she was doing, put product on my scalp, the fumes burnt my eyes and made me cough the whole time. It’s been a week and I have an itchy scalp, losing hair and I didn’t get the usual soft hair. I paid $280 for it and it was the worse experience. They are not
Professional and whoever is managing this places needs to make changes.

Definitely wold not recommend this place. No point of making appointments, people who know the people just walk up and get the hair cut while we have been waiting for over 30min. Useless services.coming to hair cut it is good

Just been to salon and this lady with big eyes thinned my eyebrow like chinese lady. She didn’t ask anything and just started threading. I hate my eyebrows and i cannot believe i have to go like this to an event tonight. This is the last time I’ll be visiting this salon. Not recommended at all.

The Worst experience I ever had, please don’t do your eyebrows from here. They don’t understand English at all but she made it sound like she understands me, I told her Please leave my eyebrows thick and I mentioned that it’s my wedding so be careful please and she made it look like paper thin eyebrows ruined my whole wedding look. And there was no apology only attitude. Just don’t have the beauty section if you don’t know what you are doing and can’t communicate just shut it down.

I always get my eyebrows and upper lips done here. Usually fast service and well priced. Thanks guys!

They CHARGE 45$ for hair cut…i will never go here again and would prefer to pay 45$ in chadstone mall or any other professionals.plus haircut is not done properly.guy who did my haircut, his armpits were smelling like a dead rat.he was smelling really really bad all that time…had a horrible time, not a very clean place, was very uneasy and smelly…so save yourself from dirty smell and high charges for getting bad service.

Facial was excellent. Service was wonderful too.

I was immediately greeted in a warm fashion and a lovely lady named Ritu explained all the different facials to me. I chose a fruit facial and I enjoyed the service and the beautician (Ritu) was extremely lovely and made me feel comfortable. Thank you Clayton Salon! I have been a customer here for 1 year.

Today i came here there is one girl from haryana she did’nt know about threading. She need more practise as i got a cut below my eyebrows from her. Last time i came also in same place on that time another girl there she was perfect but im not satisfy now.

Decent Hair salon in Clayton.
Good for simple haircuts and styles. Need to work on detailing.i still remember, Everytime they are done with haircuts in 10 Minutes.
Recommend if you don’t want to go far for your haircuts.

Once you are on the hot seat, the barbers takes less than 15 minutes for a high skin fade nicely done.

Very worst experience with a lady who is working there, I don't know her name if not I could have mentioned it in my review. I don't understand who gave her the beautician certification, she did my threading and my half section of the eyebrow shape is gone because of her professional skills in threading, did wax on my forehead and upper lips, I informed her not to do the baby hair but she is very professional and did my baby hair and I ended up with rashes on my forehead. I would like to suggest the store manager, recruit someone who is really professional in threading and who is not in a hurry to finish their work after 6 pm mainly.

It was bad experience they don’t even know how to shape my beard and i have visted store couple of times never change. It costs me $45 and never suggest this to anyone……….
