Very rude staff who deliberately ignored me when I was trying to order, will never go there again!

HSP tasted very good. The fries in the HSP could have been a bit more crisp. Service was exceptional. The owner was very kind and gave away free drinks for our food

5 of us went to get HSP, we noticed a dodgy tactic this shop uses, for large HSP they invert the containers and use the shallow lid side to fill thus giving less food and keep the deeper side as the lid.there has been multiple complaints about this, looks like management is not interested in fixing the issue, only a report to the authorities will get them to change their ways

Very sneaky they use the lid of the styrofoam box to put meat and chips. First time i thought it was an accident and has happened twice. Next time you order a HSP look carefully, they will fill the lid portion of the styrofoam box as the base this is their way to give less chips and meat, even though the size is decent, multiply that by 1000s of HSPs they make and you realise they are charging premium price but given less food. Will also be reporting to consumer affairs.

Been a regular customer, ordered large plate, guys provided the burnt meat quantity of small size or even less. New recruit boys are with harsh behaviour. Never coming again.

Exceedingly aloof staff when I went in there the other night, for a simple tray of chips.

Placed an online order, went in to pick it up. 7 minutes later I was acknowledged. She dropped the chips into the oil while I was standing there, so I waited until they were cooked "Fresh" for me.

The chips were soggy, undercooked, and so greasy one could've twisted a chip around and filled a thimble with the resulting liquid that oozed out.

Welcoming your customers might be a good way to start a transaction. Also cooking an incredibly simple tray of hot chips to an edible standard, would also be a good thing to try and achieve - seeing as you are a restaurant.

How hard can it be?

Very friendly and warm staff and servers who made us feel welcome and even gave us a complimentary pot of tea when we returned with more people. Will definitely return for the entertaining staff alone. Food was also great for breakfast, nice and fresh.

Don't go to this shop.simply rude and arrogant.the lady behind the counter seems to have mental issues.simply doesn't want to serve customers.get a mental health check up done love.wish if I can give zero star.

Like my friend below wen to get a HSP, these sneaky people use the lid portion which is much shallower to fill meat and chips and use the deeper portion as the lid. See other reviews that have mentioned the same thing. I know business are struggling but this is blatant ripping off of customers. It was not a mistake we looked carefully and all the 4 styrofoam boxes has been filled upside down (if you don't know what this means the styrofoam boxes have a deep bases to fill with the food and a shallow lid, the guys fill it inverted so they can use less ingredients and charge full price!

Chips 2/5, HSP 3/5, falafel 4/5, customer service 1/5, orders was completely wrong even though I double checked them twice

I ordered on line and delivery to my home. The worst kebab i ever had. Chip's soggy cold. We ordered kebab with garlic sauce but no one drop off garlic. Very disappointed with the food.

Awesome kebabs and generous hsp's at a great price. Probably the best in the area and the staff are very friendly.

We Use clayton kebab house for our corporate catering and in house dining. The service is exceptional with generous food portions. Keep up the good work.

Great service. No waiting and exceptional food. We always go to this place for great kebabs.kebab favore have remarkable depth.today we had the best time at lunch that I think we ever had. Sophia was adorable and full of personality plus. She was attentive, entertaining and knowledgeable. Sophia is a huge asset to Clayton kebab house and deserves much more. We always go to this place with family for hygeine and tasty food.

Chicken kebab with chips was great. They are sometimes very busy, during these times be prepared to wait for 10-15 min for your order to be finished.

Decent food but very bad customer service from indian girl. Didnt want to explain bread options for kebab. Was screaming at another customer when calling for food. The other girl was very polite.

Serving sizes are fantastic! And the food tastes so good! Great to see a place giving you value for your buck these days. Thank you!

Just bought a mix platter from them. They put the wrong dip. Gave me tazikizi dip instead of chill sauce. No cutlery. So disappointed with their service.
