Clayton 24 Hour Coin Laundromat

This an old laundromat and hard to park in this shop. Machine I used is not working and just eat my coins.

Half of the machines not working, and when you do use the ones that work they dont dry very well. One of the machines that didnt work never refunded the coins I put in.

This laundromat is open 24*7. There is a large Winter special dryer where we get 8 minutes for one dollar. For other dryers we get 10 minutes for one dollar. Card is not accepted here. Also the machine to exchange currency for coins is working perfectly unlike other laundromats. It accepts 5,10 and 20 dollar notes.

Worst customer experience, never going again
had been there this morning, the vending machine that dispenses laundry powder has wrong instructions on poster stuck on it, lost money, got energy drink instead of liquid detergent. I paid more money and finally got laundry powder. I then spoke to a person there who claims to be the owner, he was very rude and said that it doesn’t matter as those are old posters. When I said I lost my money he asked me “why can’t you see with your eyes what is in the vending machine, do they look like laundry detergent? Why did you follow the old posters, it doesn’t matter! ”He sounded so rude that I advised him to remove those old posters and left behind the energy drink and the laundry powder and ended up washing my school vests at home.
Please read the reply posted by the owner, each word of his reply reflects and reminds me of the arrogance and rudeness with which he behaved to me this morning.
It’s not worth replying to his questioning my intelligence, it’s your duty as an owner to replace old posters with updated ones and treat your customers with respect.

I literally got electrocuted… this place is trash. Also the machine took our money and did nothing.fu

Worst service ever faced in laundry, I don’t recommend anyone. Never visit there if you care for your clothes.

Magical machines, can make clothes disappear!
Couldn’t get back to get my clothes for a day and they get dissappeard, i appologised for leaving them there for too long but owner denies to help says i dont have time for this
They’ve got that place covered in cameras, surely they’re not stolen

Such a worst machines. All machines are ancient one.if u put clothes into washing machine not sure if they come out or not. $9 machine won't work properly. Even if u put detergent and softener, clothes will wash only with water. Vending machines also won't work properly. Such a mess happend when I came here.

Was often using issue gets coins of 2 dollar losted in exchange mashine as mashine wasnt work but anyway is only 2 dol is not big deal no more then that since i work daily only eveni g i used i go often using laundry apart of that mazhine issue change wasnt given is good always is cleaned so u wont find much of rubbish around at least last 2 years never had issue with finding place dirty unless is lot people it public place but no issue, been in another laundrys some were u wont belive or let alone wash clothes

I used the drier ladt night, my quilt came out with loads of grease stains, i called the owner and she offered me $5 for the wash. Well its grease, its not going to wash away.

This is the worst laundry in my life. Used two washing machines and one dryer, spent total of $17. All my clothes came out with FRESH BLACK OIL BASED STAINS and absolutely not happy with it. Management said I probably had already stained clothes or have something in my pocket but it doesn't make sense to me- as I used two separate washings and one dryer, most of them are t-shirts and baby clothes-but all came out with stains. I bet the dryer has got with this. Anyway according to the management it is CUSTOMERS' RESPONSIBILITY to check whether the inside of machines are clean to use before putting them. Although I have to throw $300 worth of clothes, the management would not refund $17 that I spent because they cannot trust me. After argument throughout comunication, the management offered $3 back first increased $10. She said she cannot give the money back only based on what I said. Hahaha. I am not begging coins. Disliked the attitude from the owner. So refused the $10 but rather share my experience.

Really nice place to dry my things, machines are new and tidy. But it’s a bit hard to get cash as no ATM near here. Hopefully it can have a EFTPOS or ATM to make it easier.

Ive been to few in the area, this one seems the best to me. Its open 24/7, decent machines, fairly clean. Alot of students use it as monash University is very close.if my local one is closed i would come here. I come here late at night when not much traffic around & get carpark essy infront.

Be great if they upgraded to paywave or swipe card for few machines saves u trying to get coins all the time. Few Laundromats ive seen have this.

The laundromat is clean and has a dryer's and washing machines. The dryer's are really good. But the same can't be said about the washing machine. I dry my clothes here every week and have been for over a year and it is really convenient

Today i came 1 time after i used springvale and noble park laundry which closes earlier finded this laundry very clean

Not maintaining this properly.rubbish everywhere and the photos are speaking out. Need a regular cleaning in here since it is 24/7.

The convenience of suss being 24/7 outweighs the fact that it costs more than other laundromats in the area. If you're strapped for time then suss is the place to go

Nicely maintained, the laundromat had 2 sets of new large dryers that took a short time to dry my douna and blankets. Would use again. Had a kebab from the corner while waiting:)

This Laundromat is always clean and tidy and being open 24 hour a day is fantastic, thank you! Great for shift workers like me.
