Clayray Dental Radiology

The receptionish is nice but doctor barnabas was not so much. I had an exhausted, so i may not respond as quickly as he likes. So he asked me " am i speaking too soft or are you not listening? " I was quite upset and angry with the way he speaks to me. He speaks fast and soft and i only took a second to get what he meant. But no need to act like you are so high up there. No customer service or sympathy at all. If you do, you would take the fact that i am not aussie into consideration. And what's so hard to repeat when i didn't get it. Very bad attitude.

Great, caring and professional service, prompt, knowledgeable, state of the art equipment, very easy to find. Highly recommend!

Went there for the first time to get my tooth scanned! Staff were friendly and experience was good!
I did get lost trying to find the place but thank gosh there were signs and posters outside the building it was hidden in!
For reference: go to Level 1 on the elevator!

First of all, I messed up my booking dates by accident and the lady who helped me sort it out was very understanding and kind. I was able to get my scanning done on the day that I wished for, I arrived and Julian the person who did my CT cone beam was very professional, quick and polite. I was definitely recommend this place to anybody who would need a CT cone beam because my experience was very good.

Went to get some imaging done without an appointment. Got seen as soon as I arrived. Friendly staff. Love that chair awesome colour. Thank you

They worked me into their schedule at the last minute, which I appreciated, as I took a train into the city. Friendly receptionist and Radiographer. ExplaIned the procedure to me, checked the images and sent me on my way.

Wonderful service and excellent high quality images that diagnose problems easily missing with inferior scans.

Both the ladies there are friendly and excellent. I walked in there for an OPG and didn't have to wait long. They provide excellent service. I will recommend ClayRay to all my friends.

Fantastic experience. Went there without appointment & only had to wait a few minutes before I went in. All the staff were friendly & professional especially the radiographer a true professional & put me at ease straight away. Fantastic & quick service. That's exactly what I wanted! I don't know why this place has gotten bad reviews. The staff are really nice and they have good magazines to read while you wait, although I only had to wait about 30 seconds.

Had to go here due to dental referral, not a nice experience. Older lady on the phone was unfriendly and annoyed.
Once I was there, I explained that, I had child care issues and requested they see me at 12 instead of 1: 00. Told no, asked receptionist to please ask Radiologist. Radiologist refused to see me before going off on lunch. Obviously, they care little about people. Also extreamly disappointing as I was paying $200 for CBCT. If I had a choice, I would never go here and don't recommend it to anyone else either.

Just popped in and found the reception and radiology staff lovely. A calm environment. Very helpful and kind staff!

I got referred for an X-ray by my dentist. I had the worst experience there with the older lady receptionist. Never again would I return.

Was sent here by a prosthodontist in the same building. Saw two receptionists, both older ladies. One when making the appointment and one at the appointment. Both were very unfriendly and short. The second one seemed annoyed by my questions and put a smile on as if I was stupid. The actual radiologist answerred the same questions very patiently and was nice. It's not a matter of choice for people to go here, but the least they can do is get some people-loving and patient people at reception!
