Classic Fireplaces & Barbeques Geelong

We were in there today while on holiday to pick up a new Yeti drink bottle. Though their extensive range included products much more expensive than what we were looking for, their sales staff were still very attentive to our needs greeting us as soon as we entered the store. Really good to see friendly smiles and we will be back next time we are in Geelong.

First person I spoke to for a quote over phone was great.
I decided to go in store to finalise the quote in person. The Lady I spoke to in store was far from helpful.
Seemed as though she didn’t want anything to do with me. Couldn’t tell me when I would get the fireplace or even if I was guaranteed one in the next batch. Then handed me 2 cards for installers told me to organise myself which is impossible without a date on when I would get said wood fire.then told me as soon as it was delivered I’d need to go pick it up asap as they don’t have the space for it even though the first person I spoke too said that the installer will be able to pick it up on the way to installing it.
I left confused and decided to go with a different company who sold the same fireplace and installs them.guaranteed a fireplace and had me booked within 2 weeks for install.

I do not recommend, definitely shop else where

I wish I had called Classic Fireplaces & Barbeques the first time when sourcing our gas log fireplace. Kathy was able to answer all of my questions and arrange prompt delivery to country Victoria. A year on, Kathy has again been able to help us with a faulty remote control. What a great team. Thank you.

Anything and everything you would want that is Weber, this is the place. They sell some terrific looking heaters as well.

Was upsold big time, but happy with what I got. Was told it was a 90 minute job to assemble it but it took more than 3 hours, and I'm pretty handy. I didn't appreciate that little fib.

After the initial telephone contact, Sally was very helpful and efficient in emailing all details of costs, brochures and installers for the various wood heaters were were considering The prices offered were genuinely discounted when compared to a number of other retailers we rang. If someone is calling to discuss business as I had a proposal for you guys which could have handled with respect but the guy at store was very arrogant and did not even listened to what i said and hangup a call on me. Such a disappointing experience.

Definitely a bit of luck based on timing and my proximity but still amazing.

Excellent service! The sales girl that served me was just brilliant, though she'd only been there a short while she sure knew her stuff! Every product and price! And what a smile! No question was too hard for her, she made me feel as though I was a valued customer!
