I shortened my pants here and it was perfect. Last week I sent another pair, and I picked them up yesterday and found them a tiny bit Longer than I expected. It’s really not much but I tend to be obsessed with it.

I sent the pants back and the owner is willing to shorten it again for me, for free! And I can pick it up sooner so my plan won’t be affected.

I am really moved, it’s very lucky for me to find this great place!

Took my pants in to be hemmed without any dramas, but within a month, the hem dropped. I took them back and they fixed them without complaint, which is great, but a month later and the hem has dropped again.

If they can't sew a hem line that will survive more than a few wears, then I certainly wouldn't trust them with anything more complex.

Very happy with my altered suit, needed it done in two days, no hassle, great pricing, friendly guy, spot on measuring and alterations. Can't complain. Will definitely be back.

Took them a week to do an original hem on a $300 pair of jeans I brought in. When I got them, they'd done the same sort i job I could have done myself. Huge overlocked hem on the inside. Now I'll have to take them to my preferred guy in the city to see if he can save them and restitch the hem so that I can wear them cuffed.

Fast and friendly service. Managed to get my pants taken up the day before New Year's Eve as an emergency when all others were either shut until new year or not able to help. Will always use this guy now! Oh and not just a quality alternation, but very affordable too.
