I asked this company to embroider 8 words and it took them 6 weeks and they also tried to double charge me

Class Concepts did a fantastic job with my business polo's. Great quality fabric and my embroidered logo looks amazing. I am very happy with the results and will definitely use their services in future!

Very unprofessional service! Placed an order with them in mid-december to be ready before I started my new position in late January. They made a special note that I needed them by a certain date and assured me this would be fine and that they would let me know if there were any issues. A month later I had heard nothing from them, and they were not answering their phone during business hours. I sent an email enquiring and was informed that there had been a delay on my order. They made no effort to inform me of this until I reached out to them the day before my order was due. They offered to fit me an alternate brand that could be ready before my start date, however when I showed up at their store at their opening time as requested, nobody was there. I tried emailing, calling, and waited for an hour and still nobody arrived. In the end I was lucky enough to be assisted by a different shop, where I was able to purchase some unembroidered scrubs. Unfortunately Geelong uniforms are 'the only ones that can embroider for Geelong Hospital, ' so I had to take them to Geelong Uniforms to be embroidered, to which they informed me they would try their best but that they have no power at the moment. No discount or reimbursement for the inconvenience was offered. They then had the nerve to charge me an additional $26 for embroidering. Absolutely shocking.
