Clark’s Blinds & Screens

Still have to look at my botched front door every day, they we’re supposed to install the new screen door to the existing latch guide in the door frame but instead butchered my door frame. Don’t pay In advance. Lesson learnt. (Reply to reply.) This is not the first time you have heard about it, I complained multiple times and was treated very rudely, eventually you put pink bog in the old latch hole which fell out a week later, so don’t make me out to be the bad customer thanks

Cannot fault the service from Clark’s Blinds and Screens! Had four doors installed today and they are perfect. Luke went over and above with his service today. Both he and Beau installed the doors and a few screens in no time at all and were very sure to clean up after themselves too. Clark’s were very attentive to our needs and provided great communication too.

I had Clark’s Blinds & Screens out to my apartment in Bentleigh to install blinds throughout. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Very good pricing, efficient communication and the install was done very quickly! They look great and I have had no issues with them. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for blinds!

As returning customers to Clarks, we thought we knew what we would be in for, but unfortunately a lot has changed since we last purchased.

Our major issue was the inability to get the blinds installed completely and correctly in one go - it took several visits per product (hollands, honeycombs, blockouts etc) to get right. Some blinds didn't fit, others had parts missing. Then on the many return trips, parts were still missing, not supplied, run short etc. And each time this happened, we had to be home for them to come back, over and over again.

The finished products once finally installed are great. There was communication (post issues), and there was some financial compensation (small discount) offered.
