I am new to the world of tube amplifiers, and Dallas was extremely generous with his time, and willingness to give honest answers and tips. A gentleman and a true professional.

Simply put, a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge coupled into a lovely accommodating gentleman. Definitely the go to for any true high fidelity enthusiast looking for repairs, upgrades and a damn fine conversation.

Dallas Clarke is an interesting person. Somewhat eclectic and 100% passionate about great sound. What he doesn't know about ultra fidelity and the design and construction, maintenance, repair and upgrading of hi-fi systems and components isn't worth worrying about.

Dallas knows his stuff! This is one chap who is committed and dedicated to highend tube gear. Just had my CJ monoblocks serviced, tweaked and health checked by Dallas. His turn around time was outstanding. I received the amplifiers just after 5days! I can't thank Dallas enough for his skills and expertise, a real legend. Speaking of which, they're are only a few legends left.
A must have service/ tech place to go to, if you're as serious in getting your precious gear back to full spec. Thanks a million Dallas. Cheers,

Dallas was able to tell me what the problem was with my amp, why the problem had arisen and then go ahead and repair it within 24 hours.
Great price and super fast turn around.

I took my elderly Yamaha p2200 to Clarke Audio for a service, new speaker posts and a new power connection. When you get to know Dallas it becomes very obvious that he is not only a walking/talking electronics encyclopedia and a master repairman, more so he's a genuine guy who actually cares about what he does and gives every job 100%. When I picked up my amp Dallas invited me back to the workshop and showed me the pics he took of what was going wrong inside and needed fixing. He then pulled out the circuit diagram of my amp and explained in a way I actually understood how the amp works at a very deep level. Needless to say I got my amp home and its working perfectly now and for the years to come. Thanks 'Diamond' Dallas! 150% recommended.

I was referred to Dallas by MelbourneHiFi to fix an amp I purchased from them. His knowledge is exceptional and he managed to make the most complicated things make sense to a non audiophile like myself. He was prompt with his servicing and the pricing was awesome. The amp came back sounding a thousand times better. Highly recommended.
