I can not speak highly enough of the service I consistently receive from Clarke and co. From the moment I apprehensively walked in as a new customer (we’ve all been there) they always go above and beyond to provide me with an experience. Joyce listened to what I wanted and discussed with me exactly what could be achieved. I can honestly not recommend Clarke and co enough.

For me, a visit to a hair salon is not just about the quality of the cut or color, but also about the level of customer service provided. It is crucial for me to feel welcomed and at ease throughout the entire visit. However, this was not my experience at this particular hair salon, which greatly affected my overall comfort. As a result, I have decided not to return.

On a positive note, the lady with the pink hair who washed my hair and applied the treatment displayed exceptional customer service skills and had a genuinely kind demeanor. However, she wasn't my hairdresser for the entirety of my appointment.

Additionally, I found the wash basin chairs at this salon to be extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, after leaving the salon, I experienced a sore neck that lasted for days. On the other hand, I have visited other salons in the past that had much more comfortable chairs for the wash basin.

All the girls are professional, friendly and lovely. They obviously know there stuff. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming and I love my hair.

Love this salon, very welcoming! The decor is glamorous but not over the top and the convenience of having makeup appointments onsite is really useful! The Runway Room makeup is affordable and feels really nice on my skin, I will be buying more (thanks Molly!) Joyce did a great job with my style cut and colour, and it’s been easy to manage at home too.

I really enjoyed my appointment at Clarke and Co, the team are lovely and my haircut was fantastic. I have also had my make up done here which was fabulous as they stock runway room cosmetics which are the best. I will definitely be coming back!

I am so glad I have found this salon. Abbey was so great and I felt in safe hands the whole time I was there. She was able to create exactly the colour I was looking for from our consultation and some photos I showed her and I was so impressed with the results. It’s really rare that I walk out of a salon completely happy with my colour, but I was blown away at the transformation. I can’t wait to come back to colour my hair again and also for other services like make up for my next event or party!

Had Keratin treatment a week ago and soon as I got home, got compliment from everyone! My hair is still looking great after washing and drying. My hair is now low maintenance and no frizz! Thanks to the team, esp to Abbey.

Went to see Marie and she did such an amazing job on my hair! Had uneven box dye all over my hair and she fixed it perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for a better fix! They also gave me tea/coffee and a little snack which was so lovely (:
