Had a fantastic experience at Clark Rubber on our most recent visit. The young lad that served us was on the money with his product knowledge and customer service. Looking for upholstery foam, he asked us a few questions, showed us the products he recommended along with his reasoning. After letting us know the price, he proceeded to then cut the foam product to the size we requested and we were out of there in no time at all. Will definitely recommend this store and will be back for all our upholstery needs. Plenty of off-street parking makes visiting this store a breeze. Thank you Clark Rubber Moorabbin store, you definitely helped us out with our foam requirements with top-notch customer service too.

We recently had some cushions made for our outdoor lounge. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The quote was clear and concise.
However when our cushions came back, the biggest one was the wrong size. My handwriting wasn’t clear and they could have easily denied it was their fault. Instead they were SO helpful and even rushed it through for me. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff and I would 100% Recommend them

I had emailed the store to get advice on replacing my couch cushions and they were very quick to reply.
As per their advice I took in the entire couch cushions to be measured and replaced. The entire Sunday team on 28/08/22 were great. Adam gave fantastic advice on what foams were available and we went ahead with his suggestion. They were able to custom cut, prepare and place the cushions back inside the covers in no time. We were really happy with the quick turn around, the cost and the service we received.

The place is in an odd location, at the back of a car wash and next door to Harvey Norman. But good, friendly staff and good range.

Outstanding Experience with Michael and his team. Michael went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our pool cleaner. Highly recommend you go and see them for any of your pool needs.

They sold me a “top range” foam mattress with 5 years guarantee. After 2 months of use, the mattress shrinks and basically I end up sleeping on top of the bed timber. When I walked into the store to Claim the guarantee, Michael Gurrie; the franchise owner just washed his hands, blamed the supplier and didn’t do anything to help or be responsible for what he sold. Big scam! Won’t recommend buying any mattress from this store.

Excellent service over the phone during lock down. I needed new couch seat cushion inserts. All I needed to provide were my measurements and Oliver was able to organise my order, payment and delivery quickly and efficiently. They fit perfectly and my couch is like new again. Great experience, thanks again!

I would leave a hundred stars if I could. Most incredible service, the gentleman who helped me assisted me finding exactly what I needed and was so personable. He took a genuine interest in my project and made me feel so at ease. Cannot recommend highly enough.
