Bought a leaf catcher yesterday, Not fit for purpose and lets 90% of debris through to the pump filter. NO REFUND next day because it had been used. Given that everything is generally used first before you can evaluate it seems like a pretty poor system. Why go to a physical shop and pay double with this poor customer service?

Unfortunately, some of the staff seemed preoccupied with their phones. There were more staff than customers in store and not once did I get spoken to, apart from politely being asked to move aside. I gave feedback at the counter. Not very helpful I'm afraid.

These guys are a bit hit and miss. I bought a handheld pool vac here and they were very knowledgeable and gave me a good price (Feb 2021). On my latest visit (Mar 2021) I needed pool test tablets (DPD1) for my Palintest meter and they sold me another brand assuring me that they are exactly the same when I queried it. The ones they sold me are for visual testing and not for photometer testing, so they gave me wrong readings.

We recently moved to a new house with a spa and Reagan was super helpful and patient in helping us figure out what chemicals we needed. He took the time to see what we already had so we didn't spend more than we needed to.

Fabulous customer service from Row on Sunday 31st March. We needed to purchase a rubber mat to put in the back of our car. Row took us through the whole range and explained the pros and cons of each. He was friendly and helpful. He then very graciously came outside and measured up our car, and then cut the mat to size for us. It fits perfectly. Never been to a shop where an employee was so willing to help customers. Thanks Row - we highly recommend you.
