The staff here are very helpful and will explain things very patiently. I am all praises for most of them. Except for Jamie - just don't deal with him!
The guy is a complete idiot and clearly incompetent and shouldn't be allowed to serve customers. Went in for a simple water test and the guy was extremely rude from the start. When I asked him a few questions about the chlorinator he simply didn't seem interested in explaining properly and was flat out rude. Basically he's not competent with pools at all. Answering my questions seemed to hurt his fragile ego because he didn't know the answers. The guy is seriously insecure with himself and immensely immature. Needs to learn the basics of customer service and pool technicalities from other senior staff around him.
Anyways will be making a formal complaint about him to head office

OMG how hot is the store, I feel sorry for the staff. I can not shop in this store it is far too hot and it is only 27 outside.

I give the customer service 5 stars but the store is disgusting.

Terry was so helpful when I came in not too sure about how to solve an issue with fatigue mats for our workshop. She was patient and explained the different options, and what would work best. After a FaceTime video call with my partner and some measuring, we were set! We'll be back!

I went to Clark Rubber Narre Warren to replace the cushions of my outdoor setting. From the moment I stepped in the team in the store was very helpful. The new manager Luke went above and beyond to help me out and provided me with good advise and a solution. I observed the efforts he made to train and develop staff, a great role model who is customer focus. I was definitely a happy customer and shared my experience with family and friends. Well done to the team!

Always helpful. Reasonable prices. Not sure what can be done, however nearly everyone coming from the north end accidently goes into the golf shop next door. Not an issue, just funny to watch. Done it myself in fact.

Customer service was outstanding, busy cup day and little short of staff but that didn't stop the lady doing water tests, provided great service under pressure.

Went to Clark Rubber in Narre Warren. Was served by young happy girl called Lucy. Was amazed by her awesome service, she went out of her way and called other stores in victoria to see if they have the chemicals which i was after.

Ideal store for anything you need for your home swimming pool. Pool pumps, filters, play accessories and much more. It has mattresses and fold out beds.lots various rubber products for everyday needs& repairs.
Foam and rubber cut size. Friendly customer service with informative help. Ample parking. Easy access form car park. If you're looking for a small or even larger pool, definitely worth your while to visit this store.

You pay so much for so little but I'm sure everyone who goes there knows this. We need more competition in this space!
