Brought a external piece of 100 mm foam rubber for our air bnb day bed. I would just like to say a special thanks to the main man on the floor there. Extremely diligent at his job, great product knowledge, I hope the bosses recognize his dedication, keep up the great work. Just went looked at all the different extrusion sold as a builder very handy to solve unique issues, well worth a look

Couldn't get what i wanted in-store so shop assistant went the extra mile and rang the supplier. He's now goung to ring someone else. Great help provided. Great attitude. Very impressed!

I never do reviews but I felt I really had to. I'm always impressed by the good service at Clark Rubber Ferntree gully. Jing has been helping me sort out my pool for years and it's always a pleasure dealing with him.

Prices are competitive but need more staff work experience around pool testing and chemicals. Waited in store for over half an hour.

The prices are through the roof! Like come on for a 2 set sauna over 5 grand! Might as well use the bloody wood on it for my coffin, rip off prices use are charging 3 times what it is worth

Buyer beware! I ordered a cloud 9 mattress. The brochure shows this mattress with a bolster suitable for a caravan. On the rear you are to write the dimensions you want this mattress and whether rounded corners etc. No where does it state with or without bolster. I was supplied a solid mattress. I had to pay for another to be made correctly. This is false advertising and due to the fact I needed it was not in a position to legally fight this. Absolutely disgusted with both their attitude and actions take by this distributor and the mattress manufacturer. Will never darken their door again. Also I belong to a large Caravan group. They are all going to know about this!

After visiting their store on a Sunday afternoon, Jing generously offered to provide a free on site visit to troubleshoot the issues we'd been having with our pool system. Jing came out at 6am the next morning, quickly found the issue and saved us from a significant expense in the process. Highly recommend. Keep up the great work!

Jing went out of his way to accommodate us. Gave us a plethora of options to suit our needs. He got what we needed shipped on a Sunday so we could have it on the Monday, all cut to size. Highly recommend this store.

Poor customer service. Wouldn't even do 2 cuts on a piece of rubber mat. Maybe a 30 sec job. Won't go back there.
