Had the BEST experience here especially Mohammed's customer service was second to none! He was exceptionally helpful and was very inciteful on what was required to get my NEW pool up to scratch. As I was leaving and I thanked him for his efforts and service a lady behind me waiting said "he is good isn't he" so obviously he has a great repour with customers so great job Mohammed!

Have been in at 3 different times (because I can't make up my mind!) to ask about DIY reupholstering my dining chairs, the young guys there have all been really friendly, approachable & helpful each time. They offer reupholstering services (through a 3rd party) and got me a quote but never pressured me about it, and on my last visit they cut a foam piece just for one of my seats so that I can try to do it myself first. Really helpful & really patient. Will visit again.

My wife visited the Niddrie Clark Rubber store today and experienced great service. Michaela was helpful, efficient and took time to make sure my wife got exactly the right product. Thanks for your service and professionalism.

Every single time I have called this store in the last two weeks I am hung up on and cannot get through.
I try several times and each time the number of rings differ before the line is cancelled.
I have never experienced such consistent contempt by a retailer.

I am from NZ, Brought a pool online for family in Australia. Great communication made the whole process easy to buy gifts from overseas!

Those boys are very nice but recently met this girl here being rude and giving our rubbish back. What an excuse we paid, and we have to do our own filling.

Loved u guys in the old building because car park was so easy at rear of building
Went down to new building opposite Caltex parking is no where went there 9am thinking it would be easy to find parking as I needed to grab 2 bags of pool salt and other stuff did a u turn in side streets went back still no where to park sorry guys u might have lost a customer if I can't get parking I had to go else where

Cannot heap more praise on the fantastic assistance given to me today by staff Ashleigh and Josh. Went in with a super tricky need and walked out with materials that exceeded my expectations. Thanks Ashleigh and Joshua for being customer focussed, helpful, enthusiastic and all things a customer woukd hope for.

The staff are always helpful. I get more pool water tested there now emailed to your phone. Purchase my chemicals job done. Staff great advice. BAZ an absolute great bloke.

An unfortunate experience with trying to return a "as purchased, still in packaging" product with receipt, just a few day out of the return period. Explained my situation with a new baby and it fell on deaf ears.
Free pool cover anyone? After many purchases at Clark Rubber, I won't be heading back to Niddrie.

I had an amazing experience here with a gentleman who was extremely patience with me as I was trying to sort out foaming solutions for the backyard. He has amazing craftsmanship and has great attention to detail. Thanks team

Ordered a 3 fold mattress from them to be delivered. I got a call later that same day from a lady saying she was delivering it, but had trouble finding my house. She wasn't able to find a courier so she delivered it herself after work! Amazing customer service:)

Anfd the matress is super confy as well.

Called by at about 2pm late this Jan hoping to purchase flocculant & pool salt. Only one very busy person serving. No salt or Flocculant available in the middle of pool peak season for Melb.might be just me but seems unusual for a supposed pool supply shop!

I got some foam that needs cutting. They refused to cut because it's not from them.
I obviously would of paid them. They told me to do it myself.
With this attitude and prices they charge I hope it won't take long to see receiverships on the horizon.

Been a customer of Clark Rubber Niddrie for 3 years and have spent a reasonable amount of money especially in the early days of owning an old pool. As the time went on and as we fixed and automated our pool maintenance, our needs for chemicals subsequently dropped off. Today we were refused their normal pool chemistry check and only offered a strip test (which we were also told would be most likely inaccurate) as we weren't purchasing anything, stated by their employee based on management instructions. Even prior to this it always felt like this service was a chore for them and rarely done without making you feel uncomfortable if you didn't buy anything. Why advertise it as free service Clark Rubber, as people certainly won't buy what they don't need?
Their website states that they offer free pool testing by filtrite flow advanced water analysis irrelevant of purchasing. It will be interesting to see what ACCC will have to say about that.
Not sure about rubber products but fortunately there are many other pool shops in the area, hopefully with much better customer service.

Largest selection of pool products, including accessories and chemicals. Also everything else foam & rubber.

Very slow service. My kids started playing with small rubber ball after waiting for an hour. They didnot care about everyone waiting for that long time but cared for $2 ball and stop my son playing straight way. I am also in customer service and to me that was rude.
