24 Will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR EMAIL!
Bought some stuff from here for my factory. They offered to email me the receipt. Gave em my email and did NOT get a copy of the receipt.i did however get added to their newsletter even though i never agreed nor wanted to. Frankly that is unforgivable. Had they at least bothered to send me the receipt then maybe id be okay with it. But no, they took my email down, did not honour their promise (which was the ONLY reason i gave them my email) and started sending me junk mail. These liars have lost my business for good. DO NOT TRUST THEM
Perfect spot for all things foam, rubber & Pool care. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly they helped me with exactly what I need with cutting my foam to the perfect shape. Highly recommended this store. ️️️️️
Call for some inquiries regarding pools parts and the lady has no experience and I try to explain for her that I’m giving you the size of the parts that I’m looking for and please have a look in the shop if you guys have this item and she replied that she’s not gonna do that
Was paying for them to look after our pool on a regular basis. They always did a great job until they suddenly stopped coming. Fast forward 6 months and they realised they'd forgotten us and came out and sorted us out again. Unfortunately that was in September and the pool is now going green. Your service tech said he would come out before Xmas which didn't happen and he rarely shows up when he says he'll come. I will seek alternate support for our pool from here on.
Diane really took the time to really answer all my questions and helped me understand a lot that was 'out of my depth'. She deserves 10 stars- will definitely be back!
Horrible customer service, do not recommend.
Stood in the store for 30mins waiting to be served and there was only 2 staff and 2 customers, I didn't get asked if I need anything I tried to politely interrupt both staff and they rudely turned their backs, then a young girl was available so I said I have a click and collect she completely ignored me and walked off! Finally, an older lady got my order but didn't even give the receipt and couldn't care less. I wasted a good 1hour in this store to come out with something I had already paid for and arranged a pick up.
I will not return.
Spoke with a genuinely helpful person called Adele who followed up and sorted everything out, for which I'm very grateful. 11/10 somebody give her a raise.
Disgusting customer service - diane is a rude cow - assumed i knew nothing about business and distespected me infront of other customers when i was nothing but calm and polite - didnt appreaciate being lied to either - told she would price match if in stock and when i came to do that got rude and nasty with me.have contacted the ACCC and consumer affairs about yhe price gouging also.u cant charge dbl for something cause somewere else is out of stock!
Dianne needs a really big reality check when it comes to talking to people - especially customers with young children that hear the way she speaks -
she also needs to stop assuming things about people when she doesnt know them - i know more than people would assume about "business" and her assumption was uncalled for!

Terrible customer service DIANE is rude as never thought someone can be that rude with customer, my first time going for water test as i just got the house recently don’t know much about it, was trying ask for her help she was acting like she don’t know nothing worst customer service will never walk in to that store no more cause of her

After being rejected by Frankston Clark Rubber "Too busy, come back" x2 - I drove to Dandy and was served straight away by a really funny staff member, she helped measure my boot for a mattress and cut it to fit in no time at all. Great service and happy I went there!
Wasn't able to enter the store due to Covid-19 restrictions. But was able to get my enquiry answered by an employee that was handling click and collect orders

Paul, Nicole and the team have always looked after me for pool maintance the service her is 100% always there to help nothing is of any trouble.

Appalled by their return policy. We bought a futon mattress from them about a couple of weeks ago. We were told by the shop assistant that we should unpack the mattress from the carton and air it for a week or so. After we did that, we placed the mattress on the futon and noticed it would not fit properly and the the backrest was falling off. We could not fix the problem as this mattress was suitable only to a tubular frame and not a flat wooden framed futon. The shop assistant did not mention this nor the carton says this. When we rang the franchisee, Paul, he asked us to send the photograph and we did the same. After several days of silence, he said that we cannot return this as we have taken it out of the carton. When we told him that unless we take this out, we would not know if it would fit or not. We took this issue with their head office with no avail. In the meantime, we are planning to take it up with consumer affairs. We made the greatest mistake of stepping into this shop. We will never ever make this mistake. We are not giving it up.

I honestly can't understand some of the 'less than stellar' reviews for this business. I've been a long time customer of Clark Rubber Dandenong pool servicing and I cannot speak highly enough of Paul and the team. We would be absolutely lost without the expertise, honesty, reliability and care shown to our family by the team at Clark Rubber Dandenong. We've always been able to depend on them and that’s a rarity these days. They've always gone the extra mile for us. You could not go wrong.
