Clarity Health has been wonderful for me. I have been seeing Rishabh who is excellent at his job. After years of seeing many psychs, I have seen both bad and good, but in my honest opinion, no one has been as helpful and ready with a strategy or a defence to combat whatever issues we have discussed. I couldn't recommend him more highly to anyone looking for a psychologist

Clarity Health Care is wonderful and supportive service. Truly professional specialist and never so no for support when needed. I can not thank Clarity enough

I recently had what I believed was a ADHD assessment, as that was what my referral from my GP & psychologist had requested. However I ended up spending 35-40 minutes with a psychiatrists, who was able to tell me that I "ticked all the boxes" for an ADHD diagnosis and if I was interested in getting a formal diagnosis I could pay $2500 and undertake it there.
My initial referral had been lost, or not received which significantly delayed the consultation, the reception staff were less than helpful and I basically paid $500 to learn something I already knew.
The psychiatrist was great, even if he was running 20 minutes late, but I was paying the money to meet nice people.
I wouldnt recommend Clarityhealth based on my experience.

Very poorly managed clinic! Do not bother. The health care team are good but admin don’t pick up the phone to book appointments. They are about 4 years behind on checking referrals. How the business is still standing amazes me.

The hospital substitution program was great until it was suddenly severely limited in sessions with no advance warning, and clients were left with no further support. Absolute disgrace, given the vulnerability of the clients given they are on this problem, the massive wait times/lists to try and get mental health support elsewhere, the difficulty in finding the right mental health support person to work with, and cope somehow in the meantime with no support.

While my therapist was wonderful, the practice itself dropped me after she went on maternity leave. They made up an issue with my referral and then lied to me about limitations to my new one when I tried to return. I work in mental health and saw through this right away but there was nothing I could do, the management of the practice would not talk to me. I’d had a good experience up to that point but the way they dispatched me was disrespectful. I wish someone had just had an upfront conversation with me.

Nothing is followed up or confirmed unless you constantly check in and baby everyone that works here. This is also the perfect place to go if you never want to actually reach anyone via telephone. I’ve called more than 10 times over a couple and only got into contact with someone once or twice. The “professional” I’m seeing prescribed medication during a session yet does not send out scripts for days after, prompting me to call them again and again to find out when I’ll be able to receive my medication. Things are promised but never delivered.

The "hospital diversion program" for complex cases I was promised, with holistic team care, OT support and trauma therapy turned out to be 30 sessions with a counsellor who had no idea. In the end, the only good thing they did was finally refer me to the Cabrini Women's Mental Health unit. After getting home, an appointment made with Dr Warden to discuss the medication he had prescribed was cancelled by Clarity with no explanation except that the phantom Hospital Diversion program was finished and my "file had been archived. " I was told to expect a phone call with an explanation, and that was a month ago. I should have run from Clare after the first lot of lies, but by that point I no longer had the energy to keep trying to find help. It makes me laugh now at just how bad every single interaction with Clarity was, and obviously I was completely mad to think they couldn't get worse. They started with wonderful promises over 4 years ago and then they kept destroying any hope. I do appreciate that I finally got help because of a referral for something else and that's working, but I don't recommend waiting on Clarity to be there for you.

Absolutely ridiculous. Promised me an appointment for an entire month while I chased them up for an actual appointment time. And finally when I got a hold of someone told me they couldn't see me for my very basic review, one off appointment, and could not give me a reason why.
Garbage.

Also their good reviews 100% seem very suspicious to me.

My experience here was very poor. First receptionist I was called by for intake was very rude and unprofessional. When I emailed a complaint about how her behaviour went against their own client rights policy, I was called again only to not receive any apology or acknowledgement of what happened. When I finally got to see a professional, it went well at first. She said she’d try to make sure I could come in person next time. She booked my next appt in, only to immediately change her availability and my appointment was cancelled without ANY notice from Clarity. I had to call them to find out I needed to be switched to another counsellor. Really horrible experience at my lowest point in mental health.

I have been with clarity health care now for 3yrs, I had a beautiful understanding therapist who recently left to be honest I was scared to start up with a new therapist.
Through the process of hand over it was seamless. I can't wait to do further mental health unpacking with my new therapist.
Dr Warden has always supported me its been the longest I have been with any mental health services. All the staff are exceptional, the atmosphere is welcoming and the rooms are all safe spaces.

I wouldn’t usually review a Psychiatrist, but Dr. Warden is exceptional.

I’ve seen many over the years, none compare. He is very articulate and has a great understanding of pharmacology. He is respectful and understanding when I want to cease/change medicines for reasons that others Drs might say are trivial. He has a great bedside manner and is unpretentious.

The clinic is welcoming and all of the staff are friendly.

I began receiving assistance by Clarity in 2015 and highly recommend their services and model of care.

Hello I am replying to my review below. I am using a false name as I do not want to publicly disclose who I am and the fact I am seeking mental health treatment. If you had read my review properly, you would know that I was charged $400 for a half an hour consultation which correlates to $800 an hour. Hence why there was no bill for $800. I would also like to note the suspiciously large amount of reviews posted within a matter of weeks of eachother following my initial review and the fact there there had only been one review beforehand. I certainly hope that Clarity aren’t falsifying their reviews but it certainly seems like it with 10+ reviews over the period of 1-2 weeks. (Previously there had been 1 review for 6+ months).
My intentions are in the interests of my fellow mental health sufferers out there and I simply want to alert everyone of the poor quality treatment I had received at Clarity Mental Health.

What a great service. Staff were attentive and considerate, and made me feel at ease. The referral process was simple and easy. Would definitely recommend this service to others.

In my personal experience, Clarity Health Care has held the highest professional standards across all providers that I have had interactions with across the health, mental health and general practice systems. Their staff were both empathic and professional and were a great help to me. I have recommended them to my friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to continue to do so.

This service charged me $800 an hour and in return provided sloppy administration and inadequate and rushed consultations. I warn any prospective patients to stay clear from Clarity unless you want to throw your money away. I had arrived at my appointment half an hour early, I was extremely nervous as I was going to meet my new psychiatrist. When I walked in the receptionist was on the phone. I wasnt too fussed but then realised she was engaging in small talk about the weather, she stayed on the phone and gestured to some papers to fill out. I was a bit put off by this, it felt like they didnt really care. It got worse. Time ticked by in the waiting room and I was getting more and more distressed, my psychiatrist was half an hour late to our appointment. I am lead to believe that the initial psychiatric consultation is most important but I dont think my psychiatrist did. He didnt ask me very many questions and immediately prescribed me a drug. He then got up and escorted me out of the room. The session had ended in only half an hour. For this half an hour, I had paid $400. I was told that I would receive a phone call in regards to the scheduling of my next appointment but a week has passed and I have not received a call. I have recently tried to get the new prescription filled only to be informed by the pharmacist that the script was incorrectly filled. Clarity Health Care does not provide to patients what they pay for and to go to clarity would be the equivalant of burning hard earned cash.
