Clarendon Cottages Dandenong Ranges

Absolutely wonderful experience - accommodation is beautiful, clean and welcoming. The surrounding trees and garden are incredible.

Absolutely gorgeous cottage. My bridesmaids and I stayed in the Stables Cottage and got ready there before my wedding. The communication from George and Jane was phenomenal and they were so accomodating with all of the vendors too

Dovecote Cottage at Clarendon Cottages was cosy, peaceful, clean, well maintained and thoughtfully stocked with tea/coffee/etc, freshly baked bread, orange juice and even bird seed to feed the Rosellas.
The only regret I have of my stay is that I did not book extra nights, as one night was not nearly enough time to enjoy the Dandenong Ranges.

It’s not often that something exceeds expectations, but this was the case with our stay at Clarendon Cottages. The setting is stunning and it’s close to Sassafras.the cottage was large and airy and we appreciated the extra touches that really made us feel welcome. Highly recommended.

We had a delightful stay in Dovecote Cottage which was perfect for a couple. The cottage is beautifully appointed in every way. We appreciated the luxurious bathroom toiletries, fluffy towels, ultra comfortable bed and linen and the plentiful continental breakfast supplies (all presented impeccably). The setting and gardens are peaceful with an abundance of bird life and greenery. We brought a bottle of bubbly which we enjoyed in the gardens at one of the many spots to sit and savour the surrounds. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed. It is very evident that the owners put a great deal of care and effort into ensuring their guests have the best experience possible. I highly recommend staying here and will be back in the future.

Absolutely lovely stay with wonderful walking paths right nearby. The birdwatching is exceptional and Chris is a great host.

Tastefully equipped cottages in the wonderful Dandenong Ranges. Chris and Gayle are the perfect hosts and quick to respond to enquires. Thoughtful groceries were in the fridge on arrival and the peace and quiet ensures you come away relaxed and wanting to return again in the not too distant future.

We stayed in the Camellia cottage and it was perfect. It was so clean with everything provided. They even had the heater going to warm up the cottage on our arrival. It was the perfect cozy cottage. Easy to find as owners provided exact perfect instructions. Gardens were gorgeous with visits from the local birdlife. Hope to visit again very soon before the property is sold.

We have been so pleased with our experience at Clarendon that we have returned and stayed again. Camellia cottage is delightful, well appointed, private and peaceful. The breakfast provisions and nibbles and bubbles package were both generous. Check in is very easy. We'd highly recommend staying at Clarendon Cottages for a special stay.

Second time staying at this beautiful place and can not rate it highly enough. From the gorgeous breakfast items waiting for you, the beautiful scenery, and amazing recommendations from the hosts. Will be back again next year

I had such a beautifal stay at the beautifal Clarednen Cottages. The glorious gardens with the stunning birds are just lovely. The cottage itself was immaculate and was full of little treats and thoughtful add-ons.

Stayed in the Stables cottage for 3 nights and loved it. Such a beautiful place for a getaway to relax and unwind. Cottage and the gardens are really well cared for and picture perfect with loads of bird life to keep us amused while indoors. The cottage is clean and well equipped and everything is as promised on the website. We highly recommend a stay here and we hope to be back.

A gorgeous little cottage with all the trimmings. The well considered building with large viewing windows out to the stunning gardens.

Really enjoyed my stay here. So close to the city, but feels like your in a different world once you get here. There are a number of cottages to stay in. We stayed in a two storey cottage - it was really pretty, peaceful and comfy. The cottage has a spa bath (bath salts in the drawers in the bathroom), bathrobes, kitchen with brekky supplies (snacks, nuts, chocolates, etc.). View from the window was great, there was a bird feeder. The owner left bird feed seeds. As soon as you go out a handful of feed there, lots of birds flock around. Which is a great view while you’re having breakfast.
The host greeted us at the car park, showed us around, gave us recommendations for dinner and lunch spots.the gardens on the property are gorgeous.

Very very nice, cozy, clean and comfortable place! Soft mattress, big jakuzzi bath, beautiful garden, good WiFi. There is a heater and an AC. We'll equipped kitchen. Lots of games, books, dvds. Lovely Porto wine. Very friendly and helpful host. The only thing I was missing was a hair conditioner.)
