Great communication and super patient in delivering first aid training! Could not recommend enough!

The training provided by this facility was high quality and overall easy to understand. The staff were friendly and professional. I was able to complete my certificate promptly, while staff shared useful and practical information based off of real experience.

The session was explained very clearly and in simple terms which was very effective. The facilitator has many years experience in real life first aid situations so I know I’ve received high quality training!

This is an excellent course for anyone time poor. The online component is quick and straight forward whilst informative.
The face-to-face component I completed with Natascha and she was brilliant!
She made my assessment topical to my workplace and added in extra information and advice from her experiences - I feel confident tackling any scenario going forward!

Was an absolute delight renewing my CPR here. Was a seamless process from completing my pre-course work at home to having my assessment face to face. Was probably the most practical application of CPR I have done, and I’ve done it every year since 2007! Highly recommend:)

Fantastic! I needed to do my CPR for my swim teaching license and firstly loved the price and convenient location of CK FIRST AID. They had well set up online learning modules, clear, concise, informative. They even give you clear instructions on what to try if you have tech issues that prevent problems.
The on site component was run by a wonderful nurse who was helpful, friendly, professional, gave extra useful tips and information and it didn’t take very long at all.
Highly recommend this if you need First Aid or CPR training!
