I came in today and received excellent service here! Staff were super courteous, Sharon went above and beyond creating a welcoming and a comfortable environment. The overall experience was extremely efficient and I highly recommend this clinic, best in Melbourne 5 stars with no hesitation!

I took my family here recently and I can confidentially give them five stars, we saw doctor Hawar and would 100% recommend I was greeted with a warm welcome and a kind smile, he took time to address the issue and treatment options, instead of trying to rush through all the clients. The clinics facilities were very clean and well maintained reflecting an excellent commitment to hygiene and patient wellbeing. What stood out to me was the seamless coordination among the staff, ensuring minimal wait times and smooth overall process, additionally the communication at the clinic was outstanding. The receptionist was courteous and efficient, I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking expert medical care in a welcoming environment.

I don't recommend anyone with complex symptoms and a neurological condition to come here, as today when I went in for my appointment, the doctor was dismissive about my symptoms & didn't take me seriously, wasn't understanding at all as well as not even sensitive about termination.
The doctor didn't listen and didn't give me a relevant referral/ test for my symptoms.

Everything seemed fine until I was waiting waiting waiting for more than half an hour past the appointment time.

Had to leave and now trying to find a GP in short notice is very hard and annoying.

Punctuality matters.

I am an international traveler in Melbourne for a conference and had a horrible sinus infection. I called and they were able to get me an appointment the same day, give an exam and prescribe me antibiotics. The chemist next door was able to fill my prescription right after. They were very nice and understanding and I was grateful for their good care.

Incredibly bloody rude staff, thanks Tanya for telling me that you have never heard of my regular GP Dr Sedeh and that there has never been a Doctor in your clinic by that name.
Consider my appointment cancelled and goodbye.
Oh, and being the most famous Australian Artist in the world l am sure you have never heard of me.

The staff at CityMed are nothing short of amazing.

I have been using their services for over 3 years - Sharon as the receptionist is always so friendly & helpful as well as many of the staff - Nada, Sia, Nick who have all been so accomodating. I will always recommend this practice to others.

Fantastic clinic. Kind, patient, empathetic doctors who never make you feel like they are in a hurry. I see Dr Elham Mansourian and Dr Nada Hassan regularly and have seen another doctor at this clinic. The doctors here are also excellent at providing vaccinations and are LGBTQIA+ friendly. I don’t live near this clinic anymore but still travel to attend appointments here because of the high quality service. It is also conveniently connected to a very good chemist.

If I could give zero stars I would… called to ask for an appointment with flu-like symptoms and was told that Telehealth wouldn’t be possible as I’m not a regular patient, which was fair enough. Asked to come in instead and was blatantly told “it wouldn’t be a smart idea” and wasn’t given any other advice before hanging up. Was pretty shocked

Professional and speedy service, I booked in for my first appointment at this clinic on the day and I'm beyond impressed how fast everything was handled for me, short wait times and great customer service.
I was seen by Dr Siavash Saadatian.
He re-assured me of my concerns, listened to what I had to say and offered the best possible options for further treatment I would 110% recommend this clinic!

CityMed Medical Centre South Melbourne is a clinic where you can begin to establish long-term relationships. The reception staff are kind and very efficient. Dr Nada Hassan is amazing - it is such a relief to be in the hands of someone so empathetic, skilled and conscientious. The other positive reviews on Dr Nada and the reception staff are spot on.

I was searching for a nearby clinic and I came across to this place after looking around for some time before deciding to visit. I've been seeing Dr Nada and I genuinely thank her for her kindness and advice. She actually listens to your concerns with no judgement, guides you, and spends time with you to explain things when you have questions. I totally recommend this clinic to everyone. Reception staff members are also helpful and accommodating. Thank you!:)

I just contacted this medical Center few minutes ago for a medical emergency service and they denied to help.

Very awful management and receptionist.

It is few hours later I’m still alive and I’m not in the critical situation that I should call an ambulance or go to hospital and occupy the hospital emergency queue which is for many other people who are in critical emergency condition even though I followed your instruction and called 000 at the beginning and they said to me they just manage ambulance matters and not medical advice so I called you back but you refused to help me, I’m sorry for such an
experience I had from you.even if I went to hospital after they check me they would have told me go to a GP for other medical treatment. It was something that I was totally aware of that whether I should go to a gp or hospital because obviously I’m the only one who is scared of my health issues to be fixed quickly.

I was mature and vigilant enough to not go to hospital emergency for such an issue.

It was something that could have been checked by one you GPs in a relaxed situation and be advised for other medical care if needed.

I’m really sorry for such an unprofessional and uncaring treatment I received from you on the phone, a medical Center is place to take care of people who are in great need of medical treatment but you did not care what was going with my health and only kept insisting on something that was not the case, the case was someone health

My best medical centre experience ever. I've been dealing with many Doctors and Medical staffs over the years, but, I have never met a whole group of professional, friendly and caring medical team and Doctors in one place. From reception to the practice room and beyond. Dr Nada and Dr Amir went above and beyond to make sure I am ok and the treatments are working.with follow ups still. Thank you so much!

I’ve been to lots of Doctors and clinics within Melbourne and I’ve now found a a clinic I can go to regularly with great doctors.

I’ve seen Dr Nick Mulrenan numerous times and his attention to detail and knowledge has been informative, understandable and effective.

Great experience.

She loves her job and you can see the dedication for her job.

Great experience, brand new facilities, friendly staff and very professional service. I saw Dr Amir Sedeh in relation to a long term condition of my. He was very knowledgeable and clear in explaining the condition I had. The medicine prescribed by Dr Sedeh was very effective! Highly recommended!

I've just moved to Melbourne and it can be so hard to try and find a good GP. This place is very professional and the doctors are very attentive and caring, not an expensive place either!

Saw Dr. Nada Hassan and was very happy with her knowledge and diagnosis. The clinic is new and very clean, easy to book in an appointment online.
