Very poor service. Made a parts order online in August and never got.my parts. Now it's end of October. Emailed and called with message left which I was meant to get a call back which never happened. Still awaiting reply from emails I sent.

Lol, would not match their websites sites price, no sms on parts arrival & no contrast in showroom bike layout, is just a big blue blurrr

Not happy at all! Ordered a hat that was in stock online, was in process, turned out it was last one and supposedly it had been 'stolen' after a week of not hearing anything, this was a birthday gift for my relative, should of been processed the day I ordered it. Sounds like someone has kept it for themselves.

Ordered a tyre, 2 weeks no response. I called them, and they said they'd call me back with an answer. Another week went by, but still no call back or anything. Terrible customer service. Got my $50 deposit back.

Very great guys to deal with! Brian and John were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak to every single time. From the first time I stepped in the shop, to the test ride and, until the day I rode out with my new yamaha, they took very good care of me. Will recommend to everybody!

Worse customer service ever, I was there to buy a bike but no one bothered serving me and went on with talking with other customers, I will be ordering my bike from some place else.

Never get your jetski serviced by these guys. Took the jetski in in limp mode and dead battery. Ski was only doing 40kph tops so they were supposed to also rectify that prob. Took the ski out today and still only doing 40kph max. They have obviously just changed battery and cleared error code and not checked anything else. Will now be taking it to proper jetski mechanics.

Just ok, I didn't feel any love nor I do have any complaints about it but I didn't find what I was looking for.

Ordered something online from ebay from them. Waiting 2 weeks and nothing shipped. Eventually got my money back from ebay, even though they said they would ship the item.

Order from their site on thr 8th of Jan, followed up with an email on the 18th as order hadn't been processed. No response so followed with a further email on the 22nd, still no response by COB on the 23rd so did a dispute with PayPal and all of a sudden magically got a tracking number.

This place sets the standard for all motorcycle dealerships, the general presumption that dealerships are scammy and sketchy does not apply here as the team at City West Yamaha ensures excellent customer service, my experience with purchasing my new motorcycle has been nothing less than satisfactory.

Thank you to Jacob, Brian and John for putting in your best effort in fulfilling my wish of owning a R7. It was a lengthy process with a couple drawbacks but the team helped me through all the way and here I am enjoying my new bike.

Cannot recommend City West Yamaha any less for all your motorcycle ownership enquiries. Thanks guys!

Always great sales and service. Steve and his team are the only ones I will take my bikes too. Always very happy going on to pick it up after a service. Never try to get you with stuff that isn't required and always knows what is needed. Highly recommend everyone try Steve for their service just once, I promise you'll never use anyone else again.

Had the best service from the team here at city West came in to get a service and some other things on my bike. The team were super helpful and friendly also had to order some parts and spoke with Nick he found everything I needed and was super helpful and happy to help me with everything I needed.

Worst service ever, waste of money, Rip off did a carby rebuild for 1k and did not workout the bike kept on heating.

Sensational customer service. Made a purchase all the way over in Port Hedland. Nothing was too hard and helped select the right communication device for what I needed. I paid and it was in an express post bag and tracking received in half an hour. Pilbara Quad Racers will be looking at City West for all purchases in the future.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Helped me with ordering in a new bike and they were super duper friendly and worked around what worked best for my situation. 10/10 experience, if you’re looking for a yamaha motorcycle, do yourself a favour and deal with city west rather than any other dealership!

Bought some stuff online its been way past a week and still hasnt been shipped tried contacting them few times no reply if you dont have stock available there shohldnt be an option to buy the product absolute scam artists, avoid buying from this place luckily il be getting a refund since i purchased through a 3rd party cant say the same for others.
