I was there for shopping around 7pm, I couldn’t use the toilet because the door of the toilet is locked, not good place for shopping and the cashier of IGA store hi refused to let us use the bathroom after buying few items, I was regret for that day

Horrible. Empty shelves.fresh produce not fresh. Limited products. Out of date items in fridges.
Makes it very hard to support local/independents when they’re this bad

Shelves are constantly empty, same as smokes and bottleshop. Owner of supermarket please quit and give someone else the store, you have no idea how to run a supermarket

Worthy of a zero star rating but unfortunately 1 star is the minimum. Out of date meat, rotten fruit and berries and empty shelves of the pantry staples is what you can expect when visiting. Shops like this make me question the IGA brand.

There is no stock in the bottle shop fridges, ever! The staff are not great, my last visit I felt I was interrupting the lady who was talking on her phone, and continued her call on speaker.

Looks like new owners have finally come. Visited yesterday and the shelves are finally stocked! Still have lots to do but looking good

What an absolute joke this store is.never have stock, fruit & vegetables always rotting away in the isles it seems these owners buy things from NQR & then try to sell for triple the price! Absolute rubbish. Should sell the business to someone who actually would put some pride into their business & knows what they are doing.coz you lot clearly dont. Shameful.

This store had so much potential…. Sadly it’s under horrible management who clearly lack experience or any real business expertise. The shelves are ALWAYS empty. Really wanted to support local business when opened. Gave many chances but they never have any stock. Best thing that could happen is new management who knows how to operate a grocery store

It’s in the middle of no where, so unsurprisingly it lacks a lot of items and prices are a bit higher on some lines but also understandable. It’s there and it provides a service and convenience, can’t complain too much.

Find myself always looking for wet dog food and never any there would help if they stocked some.

Edit: I just read this review again, I've got absolutely no idea what I was talking about. I'm pretty sure nothing was on fire.

Most shelves are bare with little stock. The only thing guaranteed available is energy drinks. Majority of items in the IGA catalogue are not sold at this location, or have been out of stock for weeks.

I was rudely kicked out of the store with three friends of mine after we were browsing to by something to drink after we had been exercising. We were in there all but a few minutes before one of the staff (not sure if he was the manager or not) told us to leave if we weren't going to purchase anything as we were 'wasting his time' in his words. This same employee had been following us around the store for the time we were there. Not only that, but the store itself had little stock of drinks that weren't just soda and energy drinks.

Very neat and clean. Professionally managed. Great variety and efficient service. Staff is very polite and lay out is very impressive.

Perfect little store and very friendly staff. Their prices are sometimes cheaper than most big chain stores. Enjoy walking down here as it’s around the corner and sometimes have little gems that you didn’t know you wanted until you see it.

Great little store. They even stock Zigzag Twisties and SPC plum sauce. Manager is happy to order in products they don't have. Highly recommended place.

Amazing staff and pricing is way too better than other supermarkets. Also have wide range of international food. Check out the great in store special for liquor. Best experience ever had cheers

I bought a box of noodles in this store, brought it home and cut open then i saw some empty space in the box.
I take it all out and started to count to see whether if it's a full box, then it turned out 2 packages were missing.
I called the store and told them what happened, the guy that worked there says that he have no idea why it's missing. Ok fair enough, im not going to fight for 2 packages of noodles.

The week after I went and bought some stuff including a package of seaweed, 3 days later I tried to make some sushi then I realized the bag has been cut straight open across where the zip is and zipped it up like nothing ever happened.
Again I take all the seaweeds out and started to count if it was 10 in a bag, and this time it has only 8 pieces but not 10. This can not be a coincidence, after it happened to me twice I never come back to this shop ever again, very dodgy I must say.

Not recommended anyone to come here.
