Shannon and crew at City Tiumph service are amazing. Have had my Street Triple serviced with them everytime and they've always been great! Even looked after me when another shop had fitted a tire incorrectly after a puncture. 100% recommended!

From the first time I rang City Triumph the team were super helpful and went above and beyond to help me get the bike that suited what I was looking for. If I was to buy another Triumph this store is definitely where I would be going to get it.

After waiting for over 20 minutes to be even acknowledged by the two arrogant sales team members, we were then ignored by the 3rd team member who decided to answer phone calls instead of helping my wife and I with our sales enquiry for our Triumph motorcycle.
Note: We were the ONLY prospective customers in the store.
After patiently waiting for well over 30 minutes, we walked out.
The customer service was by far the worst I've seen anywhere in a long time.
No wonder the store was empty.

They lost a bolt off my bike then told it was on order and they’d call me. 6 weeks later I went in and they hadn’t ordered the bolt at all. Have photos of the bike 2 days before the bike went there and the bolt was on the bike. Won’t be returning here ever!

They have amazing bikes and very good service. I just got a little model bike, a gift for my brother

Dean and the guys have exceeded my expectations, my whole experience was easy and if he said he will contact me he did, got my bike on time and service is of the highest standard, couldn't have asked for a better transaction, thanks Dean I will be back for another bike in the near future, great way to do business!

Hey thanks for finally calling me back 5days later about the parts i needed. In that time i had driven from Ballarat to city triumph to find you dont stock brake pads (pity the guy that took the message didnt just tell me that) so i ordered them on ebay from queenland for alot cheaper, theyve arrived and ive fitted them on the bike, all in that time it took you to call me back.
Now watch how bad word of mouth spreads quicker than a message through your shop

So many hopeless encounters with these guys. Picked up my used bike from them with loose battery terminals and half the recommended tyre pressures. Most recent effort was trying to sell me a used part, claiming it was new. When I asked if it was second hand because it had mud on it, I was told “it must be dirt from the factory”.

Called ahead, organized a time to look at a bike letting them know it would take me and hour or more to get there. Before I even got there they took deposit on the bike and therefore wasted my time driving down through traffic to see it. Would have to be the worst customer service.

Great experience purchasing my new ride last week - a gorgeous black Triumph Speed Twin! Vince, Dean and Josh were all immensely helpful (and patient) on the Triumph side; and Olga L next door was equally good in arranging the finance, insurance and all things to do with making the sale smooth and enjoyable.
Definitely heavily recommended!

Store looks good and is well laid out with a decent range of bikes and accessories on display, unfortunately majorly let down by the attitude of some of the sales staff.

Bought a Triumph St Triple 660 and Josh from spare parts is awesome. Really knowledgable in helping me order those extras for my bike.

Glen also I believe helped me out throwing a quadlock on pickup. He was awesome too!

ANSWER YOUR PHONES!

OMG, we pay an OBSCENE amount of money for 'spare parts and service' and you can't even have a person to at least answer your phones, to make service booking and parts purchase. DISGRACEFUL

Vince, Dean & Josh were extremely
- informative about everything on the bike & friendly that certainly helped me with my nerves.

Had look around at the ressurected Triumph brand. The bikes are nice looking and cool. Pricing didn't suit my budget but that's ok I didn't feel pressured by the guy that chatted with me even after I said they were a bit out of my league. Well organised showroom.

Purchased a Pre-Owned Triumph Explorer from Dean and Barry and it was a great experience. Barry provided a comprehensive hand over and the bike even had a major service before I took delivery which was fantastic. I'll be back in about a year for a new one. Thanks again Dean and Barry.
