Izzy and his team worked magic on my car. Not once did I feel rushed when he called to explain what's going on with my car and everything was communicated clearly with photos provided. Definitely will be back.

Finally found a reliable and fair mechanic. I have had trouble with many mechanics post pandemic and found it difficult to find a reliable mechanic since relocating to Melbourne, but thankfully I have come across Izzy and his team and they have been phenomenal to deal with up until today. As a female, I always felt like I was being scammed by mechanics until I met the team at City Service Mechanics. Their professionalism, customer service and friendliness was absolutely astonishing. They were very thorough with explaining the exact problem with my car and offered me a few options.

One of the best mechanics I've ever been to. Everything was explained to me in detail, service book was filled out automatically and reasonable price. Very professional! I can highly recommend! When something was needed additionally I got a call first in which he explained to me what needed to be done and what is recommended. He never did anything without any permission. Extremely trustworthy and super friendly!:)

Can't rate Izzy and the staff at his shop highly enough. Easily the most friendly and accommodating mechanic I've ever dealt with. He was able to fit me in to perform a roadworthy inspection on my audi within a day of booking when all other mechanics were unavailable for weeks. The car was ready for collection by 11am that morning. Massive lifesaver and very competitively priced.

Absolutely loved the experience at City service mechanics. Izzy is warm and welcoming. Tries to understand the problems that you have with your car and goes out of the way to solve them. He took my car at his time to a transmission expert to pinpoint the problem that I mentioned and didn't charge a cent for it. I am offcourse going to be back for my next car service.

These guys are genuine blokes and always willing to help me out with my ford transit. They have great knowledge but also great values and put the customer above all
