I always come to this store to fix my phone.because I really have a good customer service from Vicky …she is such a hard working and reassuring person I have ever met …. Thank you for the greatest service

Excellent 5 star service - honest, totally trustworthy, friendly. I went there to get my broken Samsung phone fixed, and they gave me an honest assessment of the technical issues. From now on I am coming here for all my phone issues and accessory needs.

My Samsung Galaxy S20+ screen was going a tint of green when the brightness was lowered, there were also dead pixels I was concerned about.

Once I showed my screen to the guy who worked here, he was adamant that I dropped the phone and was insistent that I would have to pay for a new screen and there was no possible way it would be covered under a warranty.

I knew my phone was in great condition with the exception of natural wear and tear. I was full sure it was covered under a manufacturing warranty with Samsung, I keep my phone in great condition and asked him to check.

Even though he took photos and said he'd be in touch, there was no follow up.

I was quite irritated by the whole experience and sent my phone to Samsung directly.
They replaced my screen with no questions asked and mailed my phone back to me.

I wouldnt recommend this store.

Im glad that i can still repair my phone in this lockdowns. Guys are very helpfull. My way of life is if you nice you will find nice people. All over this place and people are awesome. Thanks for fixing my Samsung S21 Ultra and get it going again.

Just got my 21 ultra glass screen protector + for the camra lens as well. Cost me 40 dollars for a such poor service finger print and dust on the screen and lens. Asked the guy to fix it but he just talked his way out of it then offered me a new screen/lens protector and said "do it yourself". I asked him to do it for me then said "im busy and i got better things to do". Do not go to this phone shop very poor service

Been here twice and they were great! Knew their stuff, got it done quickly (1 hour) for the regular price. Will return again

Amazing place.

Broke my Samsung Galaxy 10 Phone Screen, front and back and was completely unable to use it, but these guys fixed it same day within 2 hours. Highly recommend it if you need a fix.

30min later it was fixed and $50 less than the phone repair kiosk at the shopping centre

Called them up at 9: 30 in the morning. Had a brand new fitted screen on my Note 10+ 1 hour later. Great friendly service
