City on a Hill: Melbourne reviews
8I found my Daughter and my new Church. Thank you for being so welcoming on our first time at City on a Hill. I felt so at home. Thank you Graham, Emily, Ellie, Nick and Brit for being so kind, compassionate and welcoming. It is what Church is made off! Extra special thank you to Sess (hope I am spelling your name correctly but I told you on the night, coolest name ever!) For my new bible. I get my daughter to open the Bible on any page during her bed time routine every night and I read the verse to her. Thank you for the special memories and for being a blessing!
Excellent preaching based on God's word, and wonderful worship. Really thanking God for this faith-filled church.
An absolutely amazing gospel-centred church! I like that the sermons generally work through a book of the Bible. The staff and church members are all so friendly and welcoming. I've really enjoyed going to this church, serving and attending the gospel communities while I was in Melbourne.
They have also done an amazing job with transitioning to Digital. Digital church has been seamless and uplifting.
Really enjoyed worshipping with this group of fellow believers during our trip to Melbourne.
Sound teaching, and a clear heart for the people of Melbourne. Also, the comfiest chairs I have ever experienced in any church.
Cinemas atmosphere is great for worship, you can raise your hands if you want to. Bible based teaching, lots of people from different age groups. Songs are contemporary.
Great teaching, good community. The music is a bit too 'rock concert' for my taste. All sermons are on their website.
Such an encouraging crew of people. Felt so comfortable and welcomed. The Church is located on the top floor in Hoyts Cinema. The seats are super comfy and the sermons are so relevant.
