A BIT OF BOWLING FUN IN THE FLAGSTAFF GARDENS
Lawn bowls is catching on with the younger generation (s) and this facility in the middle of Flagstaff Gardens is a bit of fun for a work bowling brunch:)
Staff will show you how to bowl, provide the equipment (your own shoes will be ok if soft soled and flat) and even provide a continental breakfast for you in the onsite clubroom.

Great place for an office function. With various rooms and clean amenities it's worth a look. The Bowls area was well maintained and we all had fun. The catering was spot on given the requirements for a 40th birthday party. Parking availability is dependant on day and time of function.

I joined the Bowls Club when I moved into the area, the location is excellent, the staff and other Members are all very welcoming and social.
Visitors are welcomed with open arms and we are always happy to answer questions and demonstrate the art of Lawn Bowls.

A number of Parks Victoria workshops attended here. A nice conference room well managed by the Bowls Club. A nice spot for a workshop.

Great function room for events. We recently hired this out and everything was perfect. Great venue, good location inside Flagstaff Gardens, right next to the public playground so kids can have a ball just outside. Staff were very accommodating and in general, they were very easy-going and helpful. Only minor thing to note is a strict policy that all drinks are supplied by them (including soft drinks), but all in all, still great value.

I have been to 2 funerals here in the past year - what a lovely light and airy venue with views onto the flagstaff gardens - a wonderful place to celebrate a loved one's life - or any other gathering.

Just rebuilt site with great members. The rooms are modern. The plastic green brand new and still requires attention for pennant games. The natraul green bowls true and was a pleasure to play on. Having a park so close the the greens it is great to bowl while gearing the birds in the back ground.

Now here is a club that's like an oasis in a concrete jungle. This is another club that's up there in the top 3 of oldest clubs in Melbourne. What makes this stand apart is that it's located in a very big park which during summer i! S amazing;;? Here you have a great place to learn about the game to enjoy a drink or 3 in a safer environment to meet new people. The only problem with this club and it can be fixed but unfortunately the mayor of Melbourne is the only one who could fix it unfortunately they don't regard that sport and what it brings in the city of Melbourne at all. Obviously it's not in the category of having the spotlight placed upon the mayor's office to gratify their self-importance but who knows maybe if they read this they might but won't do something about the parking problem faced by Saturday pennant player's that have to pay opsene prices so they can play their game
