The service centre refused to entertain a problem and had to complain to Lexus headquarters to resolve a matter. Bad customer experience. I won’t be coming here for my service.

Frank who has been with the company for 16years made Sharons job a bit easier as I wasnt buying a car buy the way Im looked after when there is a problem later. He got it and made it clear that Lexus Melbourne would be there to assist.
