I haven't bought a new car for a very long time (you'd know this if you saw my old one.). I was anxious and a little nervous but Jayden Bailey at City Kia was friendly, informative and polite from my first phone call to sound out their offers.
Things didn't go without a hitch - but that's ok - because Jayden kept me up-to-date and communicated everything with honesty and professionalism. We've had a wonderful outcome and my kids and I are so happy with our new car!

My husband David and I picked up our sport plus Sorrento two months ago, and had a wonderful road trip to Queensland with the fantastic car. My new Kia Stonic sale was handled by Carl Craciun. I could not be happier with the car, City KIA or in particular Carl himself. I was kept continually informed of the delivery situation and pickup was easy and smoothly arranged in a timely manner. This is my first new car for almost 25 years and Carl was very patient in explaining all the new features for me. He also advised me to ring him with any queries (which l have done) and he solved my issue over the phone.
