On the morning of my egg retrieval, I was very nervous but as I sat in the waiting area, my nerves began to disappear by the second as I was greeted warmly by all the nurses. When I woke up in recovery, Carol and Olga took such great care of me until I was ready to go home.

I have been to City Fertility, for fertility treatments under Dr Roshan Shamon. After initial scan they told me that both my tubes are completely blocked and there is no chance for me to conceive naturally and advised for IVF, went through IVF unsuccessful. Wasnt a pleasant experience, post egg collection ended up in hospital, informed the clinic about this no one contacted me until I reach out again and again.

Left everything as treatment was unsuccessful. Few months later I got pregnant naturally. So what was my scan report, the doctor I saw with my pregnancy told me my one tube wasnt blocked at all

Totally disappointed, still I got boxes of medicines in my fridge.cant tust anyone. I am an emergency nurse, when I think about the physical and mental stress I have been through wouldn't suggest this place.

Dr. Naz Syed Noh is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with. I was absolutely terrified to have this procedure done but he made me feel at ease and answered every dumb question I had. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. From his excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind and ability to connect, you know where you stand immediately and what next steps look like. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

On my egg collection day i was very scared, but lucky all the nurses was super helpful and suuupeer nice! They are all angel.
Olga really knows whats shes doing, they give me comfort that i needed.it was amazing experience!

My wife had to go through emergency after egg collection and trigger - They are not reachable on weekends and never care to respond or follow-up during emergency - unhappy with their response during an important time.

I’m going thru a really terrible experience with city fertility.
It’s been 5days that I’m calling them for an unsuccessful IVF cycle refund. Everyday a different person getting my call by saying leave it with me I’ll manage it and proceed the refund and then no response after. Even one of the receptionist (Michelle) confirmed the refund on the phone and said that they’re going to refund me in 3 business days, still no refund. I’m sure I’ll get my money back, I’m not worried about it. But the way they work is not professional at all.
Beside this, there is a no coordination between city fertility and specialist room. Every time I was asking any quotation about my cycle they didn’t disclose anything to me despite having my treatment plan. The funny thing is after asking several times and insisting on what I want, finally they got to answer my question.
Awful costumer service, it’s all what I can say about city fertility service (except nurses)

Edited: much better experience second time. Still lack of coordination is visible. I’m happy with your embryologists uprightness about using Calcium Ionosphere risks on embryo. Nurses are nice. Overall experience is so so. The reason I’m leaving city fertility is my doctor Roshan Shamon lied me about his decision to use calcium ionophere. IVF stress is enough we don’t need more stress which caused by irresponsible doctor.

Omg would love to say a big thank and give so much love to all the beautiful team there. They where amazing during the egg collection. Olga was so sweet and such an amazing women. I had my procedure done at City Fertility Notting Hill and highly recommend them for their very personalised care, friendly environment, plus the clinic is immaculate. From the friendly reception staff to the fantastic nurses and a kind and informative Dr Lau, I can attest this is the best fertility service in town. The anxiety I felt before the procedure faded as soon as I walked into the clinic with nurse Lisa because she made me feel at ease and she was exceptionally excellent and warm, and she guided me through the start till the end. She made the whole process calming and comfortable. She was even at my bedside while I underwent the procedure. Olga was incredibly kind and thoughtful and called to check up on me the following day, which was very reassuring. I was also assisted by the lovely nurses Faz, Susan and Angelique; thank you so much to the whole team at City Fertility Notting Hill for making the whole process bearable and treating me like your own family. I am very grateful to have the FINEST and WONDERFUL NURSES through it all.

Nurses Faz and Olga were fantastic at this clinic and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Highly recommend

Exceptional service. Couldn't recommend City Fertility Notting Hill more. The centre itself is new and very clean. The nurses are amazing, they go over and above, pre-op and post-op care extraordinary and Dr Roshan is extremely thorough and professional. Thank you team.
