I had my mower repaired here for the first time a month or 2 ago.
I had no idea what was wrong with it other than it wouldn't start. I was told he would have a look and let me know what it needed.
All it needed was a service and it was working like new. He could have told me it needed a new engine for all I knew.
Good, honest reliable service.

Jim the owner is normally quite helpful. However of late, he should listen to his regular customers a little more and be less judgemental - it would help his cause. Perhaps if he actually listens to his clients more, he will be a better mower shop. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I don’t think it’s strange at all that I have left 2 reviews on behalf of my husband.

We run a small business and he has has been buying from both mowing stores. Kingston as well as your one.

He is too afraid of posting a review on both stores so I took it upon myself to provide exactly the feedback he gave me.

If you check your records, he has been coming to your store for over 7 years. We are part of a large mowing franchise. You’d think that with his regular patronage over the years, you’d treat him better? I think not and what a shame. I saw Masterpiece Mowers in Oakleigh, spent over $1,500 with them yesterday and we happy as Larry. Have a great day!

They made my cheap and cheerful Yardking line trimmer better than new, by replacing the broken starter cord, upgrading the cutting line, and giving a general service. Thanks, City Edge!

Highly recommend City Edge for Lawn Mower servicing. Great customer service. Our Lawn mower wasn't turning on & these guys got it fixed within a week even during busy season. Found them very honest, helpful & genuine. Will definitely be coming back to get it serviced in future.

I work locally in Beaumaris and often drop machinery off that has broken down or needs to be serviced at City Edge, l am always greeted with friendly service and a timeline of when l can expect my mower etc.to be ready.
I have always been really happy with the work that has been carried out and l wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Definitely recommend Cityedge!
I came in looking for a mower and had no idea what I needed or what to look for. Jim was great, took the time to run through everything and made sure I had the right mower for what I needed!

Went in for a simple replacement part, and not only did he have it when others didn't, he also explained a simple solution to make it last longer.

I took my honda mower there as the main blade was not turning properly. Told there would be 2 week wait, rang back after 2 weeks, to be told that the whole under side of mower was corroded, bolts all siezed therefore they couldn't fix it or do anyhting else to repair it. I was told the motor was ok When I called them to be told the above they asked did I want it back or he could get rid of it.
After paying $30 for them to look at it I collected the mower, pulled it apart and found they had broken one of fhe main adjusting bolts for the drive belt, no corrosion in sight so then repired it myself! This took about an hour
They are obviously very heavy handed with the rattle gun!
I WOULDN'T recommend anyone to go there!

Always been very helpful and honest - been going there for years for equipment, service and spares

Very generous too - I was never charged for their time spent breaking down a mate's chainsaw I'd seized and taken in to see if it was repairable - it wasn't (D'oh!) - they felt for me knowing I had to fork out money to my mate - that's something you don't often find - but then they are Saints supporters
