Bad service, the woman in reception is rude, she hanged up before our conversation ended. They did a rough job in my car service. They can’t check my car in a professional way. Don’t waste time, be away from them.

Another Karen services. Very professional at bad manners, instead of Mitcham tyre and Auto should be named Karen’s tyre and auto. Learn some customer service mate.

They have got the best deals on tyres. Getting an appointment would save time as they are always busy.

Very bad customer service, very unhelpful and unkind, both the guy and the lady there. Bad communication with really rude and arrogant attitude that made you feel worse. They waisted our time without care and not even bother to call and let us know that they can’t fix it, for two and a half weeks, they just carelessly leave our car siting there until we went there see how thing going, and found out that they didn’t even start because they can’t fix it. We could have gone to somewhere else asap instead of keep waiting without knowing car is just being ignored and siting outside. No explanation, no apology, they don’t care about you. Our car originally couldn’t start by itself, have to use another car help to start, but now they made it worse, after they had the look, all the warning lights keep flashing, screen wiper keep wiping nonstop like crazy, seems like the circuit was touched and being messed up. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, not helpful and careless, certainly not kind people, such a waist of time, frustrated and risk of mess up your car. You know how inconvenient it is waiting for your car to be repaired especially when you don’t have a spare car to drive to work and hoping your car to be repaired, but only to find out they waisted two and a half week of your time, not going to do anything and not tell you neither, so terrible!

Great customer service and wonderful prices. Funny guy with the neck tattoo fixed my tyre. He was fast, friendly and definitely knew what he was doing. Coming back again for sure.

This business has the same owner as the dealership Mitcham Motors a few shops down the road which I would not advise anyone to buy a car from.

Vehicles purchased from Mitcham Motors have had roadworthy completed at this workshop, a workshop which should have its license revoked. Vehicles purchased will most likely come with faults and other issues you may not be aware of as they clear codes pre-purchase. If the roadworthy issued was conducted properly under VicRoads Roadworthy Guidelines the vehicle I have would not pass and this has been confirmed by a former VicRoads Licensed Vehicle Tester. They will make it near impossible for any repairs or faults to be resolved even when the vehicle is under warranty. If you are not careful you may also come out with second hand parts. Please be vary if you paid for new tyres as you will likely have a set of second hand tyres installed unknowingly along with other parts of this nature. Unbelievably reckless behaviour from a business which is clearly affiliated with one another and cutting every corner they can.

They were visibly busy, but asked me to wait and gave me an accurate waiting time.
Fixed a flat quickly and were reasonable with the price too.

People are really nice and knowledgeable there. They help me check the car and found out it is dealer service issue. And they don't charge me anything for good. Highly recommend this place.

Such useleas rude people that stuff me around every time I deal with them and in the end they don't care whatsoever about feedback I gave and were even more rude. Pathetic staff, pathetic business, pathetic customer service

Worst service ever! Yes they are cheap but not worth the rude attitude from the lady that answers the phone and the guy doing the work and poor workmanship. Also 2 of my tyres were missing nuts! These people have put my family's safety at risk and this has been reported to the vacc!

I bought the car where RWC Done at here. After brought the car home found out that water pump is leaking not sure how they given RWC.

I called them few times, staff took my number but never came back to me.

Now told me that coolant leaking is not part of RWC.

I arrived to pickup my car that was ready the previous day but was forgotten to be told. I was asked to wait for one previously arrived customer, fair enough. After 1 hr and 20 mins and at least 7 other customers I was presented with my car with a less satisfactory result. Only one of two tasks asked for was performed. The second task was also forgotten. It was written on the job sheet I had to wright my self. That's less than 50% satisfaction of the job done let alone the poor customer service.

Been with them for over a year and its been great. Never had an issue till this day. Speak english just fine. Service cost is definitely affordable and that's the main reason I have become a regular. Definitely happy with the job quality. Many english speaking customers. Place recently renovated. Comfy couch for customers to wait. Yes its a very busy place fill with satisfied customers in my opinion. I'll be concern if there's not many customers.

What an Unorganized mess, they couldn't find my booking then proceeded to make excuses as to why my car couldn't be serviced.waited for over an hour then left as i wasn't being attended to. Burnt

Called nearly a week in advance to order my tyres. When I arrived they had no recollection of this. I was made to sit and wait for an hour only to be told they forgot to order them and couldn't do it for me. Nice people but not good enough.

Been here for years since 2012, never ask you more like most of other mechanics.honesty is the key how they do business.
