Thank YOUUU for such an absolutely amazing and uplifting experience. Bought a trench coat and couple dresses. The retail lady was so kind and let me just walk through and mentioned she's there to help if I need. I really loved her aura and such a lovely genuine chat while billing also. She suggested I take a pic of the barcode to look at other stores. She was in a lovely navy dress and apparently has been working with City Chic for 7 years! Girllll, you're awesome. Thank you for making my experience a memorable and happy one! Give her a raise - management!

Best place to get your money’s worth. Last time I came I got 5 pieces and it was only $70 for all of it. They are all off season but they are fashionable. This store has $15 and $10 dresses. $50 elegant winter coats that used to be $200+ at the start of winter. I HIGHLY recommend this place for any plus size girly out there that’s looking for a cheap but good looking upgrade to their wardrobe.

Went today, looking for bras as it’s incredibly hard to find ones in my size, picked out one that fit and had it put aside whilst I continued to look around at clothes, staff then let me know they had sold that bra I had aside to another customer and there were none other in my size. What an absolute waste of my time trying on bras for them to sell it to someone else when I’ve been vocal about wanting to buy it and also about struggling to find any bras in my size. Way to ruin a shopping trip and also my birthday. Won’t ever shop with city chic after this complete let down.

Have come to this store twice to do online exchanges because time has been limited to my events but on both instances i have been able to get what i need (plus more) & if they didn’t have exactly what I needed they have so many other options I could use as back up. Love the $15 racks because im cheap they have shoes you can actually try on before purchasing rather than buying multiple sizes online. Have had to deal with 3 girls over the 2 visits & all were really lovely & helpful. This is definitely my go to store if my local doesn’t have what i need missing the last star as they do seem full to the brim with stock which can be quite overwhelming

There outlet is pretty big, it’s location is nice just near southern cross station. The ladies that work there were super nice and patient. I found exactly what I wanted and it’s beautiful. The only issue is there just too much clothes on the rail and no baskets or anything for those buying or wanting to try on a few pieces.

I had an amazing shopping experience this evening. I came in 15 mins before closing and was assisted by Justine to find a dress. Justine gave me 3 options. I tried on a dress I loved and was out of the store in 5 mins. By far the best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. Thank you!

Super lovely staff, let's say that at the outset. They went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. It was a hopeless quest.

The store is jammed full to beyond crazy levels, making it impossible to find anything.

I wouldn't bother going back, it's just too hard and too unlikely to find what you're after.

Shopping at this store was a really good experience. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. If you struggle with bra sizes like me they find something that fits perfect! Had a really nice experience shopping here and highly recommend. Thank you jodie for you're amazing service.

5 stars because the staff are absolute angels whenever I come in! However, they have wayyyy too much stock, it’s super hard for them to manage and can be deterring for the customer to shop overflowing racks. I hope they can slow down the deliveries so the team can get on top of it all!

Came into the store today to try on a dress for my sisters wedding. I was flustered when I walked in as I had left things to the last minute and had come a long way to try on the dress. Dani was amazing helping me. Her customer service and kind words helped me. She even gave me a bottle of water. If you need help when you come into the store, go see Dani. I went crazy when I entered in store it was insanely good $5 tops and dresses. Staff is friendly, good stock and yes super sale.
