The lady serving me was rude and judgmental after yelling at my sister for not closing the door when there was clearly others coming in after her. Then proceeded to judge me for smoking, what I’m wearing and what I needed the outfit for will not be shopping there again.

Went here today to get a special occasion dress and for the first time in a while I've actually felt pretty in something I've tried on. The ladies were so friendly, helpful and patient with me when I was holding them up at closing time. I think I've found my new favourite clothing store.

This is my most favorite shop in shepp. Wendee is amazing and turns into your own personal stylist the minute you walk in the door. She is amazingly helpful and always knows just what I need for what ever the occasion

Fantastic shopping experience at City Chic Shepparton! I was shopping for a mother of the bride outfit for myself and a bridesmaid outfit for my daughter and the girls couldn't be anymore helpful than they were, extremely happy with the whole experience!

The girls are so friendly and welcoming. They really go out of their way to make sure you leave with a smile on your face.

Went into city chic today looking for 4 bridesmaids dresses today and was so impressed with the stock and the service. The young girl was exceptional and could not have been more helpful. Will definitely shop here ijn the future.
