I had the pleasure of being tended to by Kylie at the Pakenham store. It was by far the best service I have received in a very long time. She was courteous, professional, friendly and very willing to assist me in finding a dress I spotted on the website. She went out of her way to find the right size for me and even put it to one side for a few hours, allowing me the opportunity to collect it after work. When collecting it, I heard Kylie interacting with another customer and again her service was exemplary. It is so unusual to find someone on the other side of a phone line and in person who is eager to assist you in retail, that I will go out of my way to go back to Kylie at the Pakenham store.

When I to get an out fit for an event I was going to and the lady that was serving me was rude and a unpleasant person to deal with. Making some very off comments me and taking a personal phone call when I was waiting to buy my item i had chosen. I signed up and she asked if I wanted to receive emails and texts about sales and I said no! Unfortunately I have been receiving emails that are not consistent with the privacy policies the company has available on the website. Very disappointing over all. Most definitely will not be back and will not recommend to anyone.

Not too bad, overall I am happy with my purchase today. Just think that the place would benefit from having more staff.

In the past I have had a bad experience here however today was a complete turn around! The lady was absolutely lovely! She treated you as an individual not just a number. She encouraged you, lifted you up & helped where she could. She understood you weren't there to buy everything & didn't have the money for everything but you just wanted a browse & to see what is new.

The staff here are absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond for me today. Even with just a colour scheme and event details they found the perfect dress for me that makes me feel incredible. Even when busy they still found time to help me. The only store I don't feel self conscious walking into

The change rooms were clean and luxe I felt validated Lately I dread trying clothes on as a plus size yet I felt comfortable for the first time in years. I popped back with my daughter in hopes she would like the jackets. I also ordered the dress on line as you suggested as the stores didnt stock the size. I am looking forward to wear my new clothes Thank you again

I entered the Pakenham store in a flap trying to find an outfit for my daughter’s wedding. The lovely Lauren was THE BEST at understanding what my needs were to find the right dress. She was attentive, helpful, not intrusive, took photos to show my daughter lol and offered constructive direction and advice. THANK YOU Lauren, you have made my day in helping my find “the one”. I will definitely be a return customer

Would highly recommend for plus size. The ladies were so helpful, didn't rush me and made me feel comfortable. They also showed me outfits that I would have never thought to try but suited me. Was able to walk out with an outfit for an event plus more! Big relief as I was anxious that I wouldn't find anything that fit/suited me.

Highly recommend this store and the amazing ladies that were working there yesterday Extremely happy with my purchase as well i went into the store to look at a dress i seen online, feeling really self concious being 30 weeks pregnant, not knowing my size, feeling abit under dressed (just wearing some comfy trackies and a singlet), i was unsure on the fit of the dress because it was loose around my chest (i was also just wearing a maternity bra so the dress wasnt actually filled properly either) AND the 2 beautiful ladies that were in the store on the 15/5/21 (yesterday) were SUPER helpful, SUPER reassuring, completely guessed my size as a medium and other than it being a little loose around the chest area it was a great fit around my belly etc, SUPER friendly ladies to chat to as well! Thank you so much to yous both yous made my shopping experience super worth it and i will definitely be back in the future

Would gladly recommend anyone plus size go there, clothes there are beautiful and flattering. The staff/lady there was extremely nice and helpful to myself and everyone else. I was not ignored or judged by my size there. I will happily go there again.

Kylie is an absolute asset to you store! Whilst shopping there last week, Kylie was so amazingly helpful, she was happy to dedicate her time to help me find correct sizes and listened to my concerns/needs so was able to find the perfect clothes. Kylie was always smiling and happy, definitely made my shopping experience easier and stress free.

Thank you Kylie at the Pakenham store - was so super helpful and friendly. I visited the store last Sunday, she had just closed and let me shop, took all the time to help and advise and didn’t rush me along at all. Super happy with my purchase! Will definitely be back. Thanks
