City Chic - Docklands

I came in today and I will say that Maddy was an absolutely lovely person and I would say her customer service is something that represents the City Chic to the best of a brand. Her passion and energy gives such a positive and lovely environment in the shop.

The ladies there are always amazing. Whenever I need help, I always get 100% attention and advice that is honest.

I visited the Docklands store today and I'm so glad I made the trip there!

I was immediately greeted by Ashley and asked if I required help. I explained what I was after and Ashley asked me a few questions which showed great customer service. Ashley then went around the entire store showing me all the dresses that matched my requirements. I tried on a few dresses and found just what I was looking for. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes!

The customer service I received today was brilliant from start to finish. Ashley is a huge credit to your company and I will be heading straight back to this store the next time I need a new dress.

Cashier was very good. She knew the order I was picking up straight away and was fast and friendly. Great and simple experience.

Amazing service. My sibling is transitioning and Ashley provided a safe place for my sibling to try on shoes and clothes and made them feel extremely comfortable. For anyone who is part of the LGBTQIA+ community I highly recommend coming here if you want to try on clothes and especially if you are looking for larger sized shoes. Quality clothing that stays looking good. The Dockland store had about half the store discounted and half full price when I visited. So be mindful of what section you are choosing clothes from if you are looking for bargains.

Website stated they are open till 5 came all the way here at 2 pm and they are closed. Disgraceful!

Best place for them curvy girls, the only place I will buy dresses from, as they usually have pretty nice sales

When I went they had a great selection of sale dresses to try on. Only one woman on the floor if I remember though and wasn't asked if I needed help or engaged in anyway which is unusual for a City Chic. She was however patient when I had to grab and try on a few bits I'd forgotten once I got to the till though.

One of the best and nicest city chic stores I have been to, plus half the store is an outlet/discount sale item so it's a good place to get a bargin

The ladies were friendly until we told them about product we purchased in another store. Yes that is the same item, no you are wrong.still arguing, fine here's a photo. Rude!

I'm a very big eater and usually takes me 4 or 5 sometimes even 6 burgers to get full at any other fast food restaurant for the first time it only took one to get full amazing staff amazing menu and free unlimited refills on the drinks Carl's jr is my new favourite fast food resturante

The customer service in this store is amazing. I called the store to see if they had something in stock as I was having trouble finding it, and asked if they could put it aside for me. I was expecting to be lectured on how they're not meant to do that, and I have to be in by such and such a time and blah blah blah as tends to happen when I call places, but that didn't happen! The lady I spoke to was lovely, and not only did she put it away, she also put a second one aside because there was a sale on when 2 items were purchased. Amazing!
