I cannot thank Alice at Eastland enough for her kindness and patience. I don’t like shopping at the best of times and I wasn’t sure what I was looking for, Alice advised with suggestions, was helpful and made me feel comfortable and never made me feel rushed. An absolute asset to your staff. I also went in today and Melissa was also kind and patient with me. Never once did I feel that anything was a bother and I will definitely be shopping there again.

I went to Eastland store today Surprised to find on a busy Saturday only one staff member However the service from your store manager exceeded my expectations She was amazing and very busy yet nothing was to much trouble Please pass on my thanks

I went in this afternoon and tried several things on. The girls were absolutely lovely, very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Called ahead and asked for a skirt to be put aside to try on, which was done I was also given A Plus directions to the store

Eastland staff that were working Boxing Day treated me like trash. I left the store in tears after receiving THE worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I am beyond words and will never shop not only at the Eastland store but with the company in general ever again. I have been a loyal customer for many years and the staff members on Boxing Day have tarnished the company for me forever. I left the store in tears and went to Dangerfield where the staff have obviously been trained properly and I proceeded to spend all my there that I was planning to spend at City Chic. Dangerfield saved the day after your staff ruined it. I will alway discourage people from shopping at your stores this point onwards.

Shopped her for my elderly mother who can't get to the shops a few weeks ago, although I couldn't find anything suitable, the lady was so helpful in helping me, giving advice, outstanding customer service. Thankyou.

Shopped here with my daughter and served by Katelyn. She had the best personable approach and was perfect. Suggested different items if asked but was not intrusive or pushy. She was so respectful snd understanding and deserves recognition of a job well done. First review of a shop assistant ever done but required because she was OUTSTANDING.

The friendly team contacted us prior to the shut down to advise that if we were unable to pick up our click & collect goods, they would be in contact once the store re-opened.

Received a call this last week to advise the store was now reopened and the click & collect goods could be collected.

Goods now picked up.thanks for the great customer service.
