I love this shop the staff are always lovley and so helpful. And you can get everything you need such great varity and price. Love going in here for trendy and affordable clothing.

Need to add more variety of formal outfits, but saying that I always liked their formal dresses ie whatever they would have in stock.

This review is long overdue. I've been shopping at various city chic stores ever since they opened and werribee is my current local one. I was emotional when they first opened because finally I could buy plus size women's clothes that were fashionable and flattering. There are now more online plus size stores than years ago but city chic is still my go to for quality and fit. And every single store has had the most bubbly, helpful and non judgemental women who help me make shopping fun. I just ordered 2 dresses online that were 70% off in large sizes they arrived within days and I absolutely love them. My partner was flattering me on how beautiful I looked. I rely on city chic for buying dresses for special events and work events. I can't thank you enough.

Went into the werribee store today and was served by two lovely young ladies, I only caught one name Ash I think she was very helpful kind and spoke the truth made me over spend my budget but I am truly thankful after my visit today. I’m good I will be back. Thanks for all their help. Merry Christmas happy new year.

Last time customer service was horrible and I walked out immediately!
This time, I went in for an early morning fast shop 5th Aug 2022 and "THANK YOU! "
I walked out happy with my purchases and the staff were more than accommodating with their feedback, help and service.
That is what shopping is all about! Customer Service.
A nice little touch with the under garments would be just to put some tissue paper in the bottom of the bag or over the top of the items. But that has Nothing to do with the help and service.

One of the staff I believe was the manager was to busy talking about her upcoming weekend. Once she realised I was there and I asked for sale items she was very rude and abruptly telling me, we don't have sale items here, turned her back on me and walked away. Lovely customer service! Terrible, felt sorry for the young dark headed girl working, as she was lovely.

Need more variety for younger audience. Lots of flowy, floral clothing.some of the shape on the tops is very loose at the bottom.great jeans and great Bra's!

I’ve been in this store a few times and big fan of the brand, went in on Wednesday and was blown away by the service by Charmaine. She was busy juggling calls and extra customers but I still felt I was getting one on one type assistance:)
She was so knowledgeable about their range and the products I asked about.
I don’t shop for myself often and she was so great I walked out with far more then planned and feeling really excited by my items, thanks again Charmaine:)

To the two beautiful women that helped me at 12: 30pm on Saturday, your customer service was absolutely amazing! I had to find an outfit for my best friend's birthday and I was having an awful day when I walked in, but you both went above and beyond to make me feel confident and it was so uplifting! I walked out feeling so happy! I can't thank you enough! Will be back!

Just went in to city chic werribee, to return something with my daughter. Couldn't of meet a nicer person. Watched her as she severed the customer in front of me, so polite, engaged and bubbly. Then our turn, again so polite, engaged and bubbly. City chic you are so lucky to have Lexi

I really loved buying clothes from this shop. It's great to have flattering clothing for larger sized women. Staff were very helpful and pleasant will definately come back.

Not the best range of styles at this store. However, staff are super helpful and make you feel comfortable when shopping/trying on.

Been to this place twice. Lovely staff, they actually gives you useful ideas regarding clothes and styles. Good customer services makes you want to buy their products and they always go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable! They have a huge variety and it’s guaranteed you will always find your shoe sizes here haha.
