I visited the store today between 10-11am. The customer service I received from the lady was outstanding. The store was extremely busy and she catered to everyone in a professional and positive manner. Nothing was too much trouble. I had never shopped in city chic before but I most definitely will be in the future

Love this store, love the staff there been in twice and was given the best service. Definitely recommend.

The woman working was quite condescending. She made me feel awful about my size while at the same time being disinterested in having a conversation with me regarding the clothing options available to me. It's sad to see people who are in the same boat (being round) being rude to others. You may be a smaller circle, but you're still a circle like me. So be kind to people!

Staff are always very kind and pleasant. Have always gone the extra step to be helpful.

Was served by the absolutely amazing Santa Maria today, could not have asked for better service. Above and beyond. Highly recommend for that warm safe and secure environment, which is what you want when your half baked

I was in today and i tried on the EMBROIDERED TULLE MAXI DRESS in an xs but it was to big and i need a xxs i was told by the lady at the desk to look online as it is in my size however when i looked it wasnt

Do not use layby service. Purchase of expensive dress folded into a small bag, which has crushed lining and netting. Dress should have been stored in the condition it was purchased
