the most amazing shopping experience for my daughter and myself today! This girl is a absolute asset to your company and brand! Knows her stuff and has a magical presence built on empowering other women. I absolutely would have never spent this much time or $$ in one hit but today was an exception. All because of this lovely experience. This beautiful soul, was patient and understanding of my daughter and myself. It was a fun experience and who can say that about trying on clothes? But it was. Giving absolute Queen vibes!

Lexi you’re an absolute GEM! Purchased a dress on online but wasn’t suitable so I returned to Wendouree store. Ended up buying not one but two dresses for upcoming events Lexi was so friendly and helpful, I’ll be back! X

Wonderful service, gorgeous clothes and the best place to go shopping if you're a plus-sized woman. If I ever need a formal dress, cute outfit or especially a new bra city chic is where I go and the Wendouree store has the friendliest, most helpful staff I've ever met!

I loveeee City Chic in general, but I do most of my shopping online because everytime I visit in this store I always feel jumped on and compelled to buy something. But otherwise Great choice of stock, excellent products!

Finally smart stylish comfortable big girl clothes, helpful staff, fabulous party and after five outfits, with somthing or everyday, comfortable bras and knickers and don't forget to checkout the markdowns always a beaut surprise amongst that lot, boots for big calves and changerooms to move, just not keen on the shoestring straps and belts, if ya big ya don't have a waist and shoestring and strapless don't compliment, but most clothing is beautifully designed for us cuddly chick's.

Refurb looks amazing! Always get great service from the ladies here, and the clothes are worth the money - excellent quality and flattering cuts. Love the problem free, in-store returns on online purchases too.

Love this store and onlne, lovely welcoming staff my favorite place to shop, love the dresses and underwear to fit curvy bodies

The lady that was working at the time was very happy to give me honest opinions with how I look and even made some suggestions which ended up to be my dress for my Valedictory Dinner, I’ve never had a better customer experience with any store.

I purchased a jacket online as it was an 'online exclusive'. Unfortunately it was too big so I had to return it. I took it in store to return. The lady touched the jacket and then very rudely proclaimed that the jacket was wet. I had no idea what she was talking about. It was sitting in my bedroom for a couple of days no where near water. It was a colder day but it hadn't been raining. The only thing I could think is that maybe the jacket was cold. I told her this. She still insisted that it was wet. After a few minutes basically arguing with her she said she would speak to her manager. She came back and finally said that it was ok to return. This was a very embarrassing experience. I was treated like I was trying to fleece them of their money by returning an item that was 'damaged' (or wet as she claimed) even though I was completely innocent of doing this. There was nothing wrong with the jacket. I wont be back after this experience.

The ladies at this store are so helpful and honest in helping choose the perfect dress (s) I was in a couple of times in the last week and on both occasions the girls saw to my every need and although i tried on many dresses in many styles they never made me feel like I was a bother.
They also ensured I got the best deals with the sale they were having.
Thank you ladies you will see me again I'm sure.
