I always shop online and I always love my purchases. I must mention the Staff at your DFO at Uni Hills what an amazing bunch of ladies! I go in now and again they are all so helpful, thank you ladies for your great service, and thank you City Chica for making me look good.

All the girls were very helpful! Thank you so much for working with me in getting a few dresses for the upcoming wedding season.

I've had several instances of packages not arriving from this company or taking forever. WARNING: they do not refund for lost packages. So, even if you order a dress for an event like a wedding/gala and the package never shows up, the best you'll get is a credit. Then if you raise it with customer service, you get completely shut out. They offer zero customer service.

The quality of the clothing is a mixed bag, some of it is lovely and some is mediocre. Some of my favourite dresses are from here, but it's not worth the risk of the missing/severely delayed packages and knowing I won't get a refund if something goes wrong.

I went here on Sunday 15 May. The 2 ladies working could not have been nicer or more helpful. I hate shopping and they made my visit so easy and I came out with exactly what I wanted.

I had such a wonderful experience in City Chic Uni Hill today, Veronica was so helpful in finding the perfect dress for me. She went above and beyond to find the right style, and was honest when I asked her opinion on certain things - which I really appreciate - it really showed she cared about her customers. Thank you Veronica for absolutely making my day, I will be feeling so confident in the dress and the extra items I bought too.

This city chic is so great! But one person in particular is absolutely amazing and is so great at her job. Anna is the staff member there that is such an amazing retail stylist and just a helpful person. Her patience's, determination and helping hand makes you feel like a VIP customer. Not only is an awesome retail worker at Uni hill city chic but she has great fashion sense, and can help you with any occasion on what to wear. Thanks Anna for helping me today!

Prices weren't any different from their stores at shopping centres. I would have thought they'd be a bit cheaper being a factory outlet store at Uni Hill

Went shopping today with my besty and the assistant was lovely as hell, I wish I got her name. I normally hate shopping because i am a bigger girl and dont do girly but the assistant was awesome. She went through and picked out some dresses for me to try on and I ended up taking home 2 dresses and some shoes. Always super welcoming and never feel selfconscious when trying stuff on. The girls are lovely.

Found the store to be dirty and untidy. The racks were overfilled with clothes so you couldn't browse through properly without having to take the items off the rack. The lighting wasn't that good. Prices were fair compared to normal stores which was a positive. They don't do exchange or refund which is illegal as the items are still new just reduced in price. I won't purchase here again and don't recommend this shop.

I would like to thank the loverly ladies at city chic Uni hill. They were really nice and comforting and more than willing to give me advice while i purchased my first dress. I am deffinently spending more money with these ladies in the future.

Store is revolting
This store is so dirty its revolting. Under the racks have about 3 inches of dust. Only 1 of the 3 dressing room lights work and there is chewing gum attached to the only solid hook in the dressing room that does work. The walls are black with hand marks. I don't want to purchase clothes from somewhere where they can't even keep the store clean enough for me to feel comfortable to try clothes on.

The Uni Hill outlet store is fantastic! You do need some perseverance and the knowledge that you may not find exactly what you're looking for, but there are some amazing bargains to be had if you've got the time to look. And the staff are often very helpful and willing to assist you in finding that perfect piece! A fantastic store to visit if you've got the time and patience.

The staff here are wonderful. Always helpful and friendly. I only get here on odd occasions as its a long way from home - but they remember me as a customer - and that means a lot. Always call in when I'm in the area - great bargains to be had! Thanks Ladies for the great service.
