I would like to convey my thanks and appreciation to your team members Jess and Ariana at your Bendigo Store.
I visited on Friday (16/9) in the hopes of finding an outfit for an upcoming wedding.
Jess and Ariana went out of their way to assist - there were both wearing the wrap around dresses and were hands on in teaching me to the best way to wear this item and the number of ways you have to vary the look.
They provided a number of jacket options for the dress I ultimately purchased and an alternative belt option to make the outfit work.
They also assisted with the shapewear options and bra options.
And just when we thought we had covered it all - we delved into the jeans they had in store.
We were together for a couple of hours and I left with Shapewear, bras, a maxi dress, jeans, jacket and a dress for my event.
Soooo pleased with my purchases and the way the both helped me work out what was the best option.
I look forward to returning to this store soon - of course for the products - but mainly because of Jess and Ariana.

They are a credit to your store - just wonderful team members.

The wife wa ted to get some items from here on Sunday and I was worried how much this was going to cost. But I was pleasantly surprised that it didnt cost anything because it was shut.saved a heap that day.

I absolutely love city chic they girls in there are nothing but amazing and very friendly they don't treat you like you don't belong like more places its my all time favourite place to go shopping

I am one of those people who usually hates shopping and feels very self-conscious. I went into City Chic today, with the usual dread, trying to find something to wear to my daughter's wedding. What a pleasant surprise. The staff were lovely and made me feel really comfortable. They listened to what I was looking for and I ended up leaving with two lovely dresses and a membership card, which I will definitely use, as I intend to return very soon. Thank you Ladies for such a positive shopping experience.

Excellent, excellent service. One team member ran between three customers when I visited. I don't know how she managed avoiding keeping one of us waiting, but she did. She had excellent advice, knew exactly what I was looking for, and was so incredibly helpful. Team members working here need a pay rise!

City Chic is the best store to find stylish clothes for larger women. It caters to a younger demographic than stores such as My Size and Taking Shape, with styles ranging from smart casual to formal. The Bendigo store also has amazing staff who are not only friendly, but manage to always make me feel positive about my body.

Love City Chic and i go there quite often to check out the latest clothing they have out. The ladies are always helpful and happy to help wherever they can. Always lovely to have a quick chat with. I trust that they will be honest with me if an item doesn't look right/suit me etc.

Great modern and stylish clothing range. Moderately expensive but great on sales. Staff at this store are so nice and helpful. Store is always clean and tidy. A great shopping experience.

I have recently discovered city chic, and had cause recently to go to the bendigo store, the lady there was lovely, extremely helpful and cheerful.she was also honest about what looked good, and what didn't, a rare thing in sales ladies I feel. I will definately shop there again
