7The lady working today was so incredibly kind and helpful! My favourite pair of city chic jeans had ripped and she found some similar other styles and called all the other outlet stores till we found the ones I was after! So happy! Thank you so much!
The most rude and incompetent staff lacking social cues.
I called the business twice to enquire about an item and see if it was in stock prior to journeying to the store. Neither call was answered.
I then received a call saying that I had called twice and was rudely asked what I wanted. No apology for being negligent and not doing her job which is to attend to customers.
She was no help with availability in the store and so I drove over anyways, to be again ignored by this sales assistant.
She did not check my vaccination or my check in status which is a breach of law and their company policy.
She then went on to notice I had entered and was looking for the said item and continue to act as if I had not entered into the store.
Rude, unprofessional and Incompetent.
I attended on Wednesday the 15th of December in the afternoon, management should address the staff member they had working at this time as due to this experience I will not be shopping with them again
Would be good if you updated your store hours correctly as it says you updated them a week ago and I have just raced over to grab something before you close but find out according to your store front you close at 3.45.
The shop assistant was amazing. She could not have been more helpful. I went in looking for an outfit for a specific event and she helped find different styles, sizes, colours and accessories. Nothing was too much to ask. When I left I realised the shop was meant to close 30 minutes prior to us leaving, but she was still more than happy to help until the moment we left. Great experience.
So much to choose from in stock and amazing prizes.
